No I am a woman. I run to men for safety when I am in danger. So that is what I did.

It is clear the ego fluffing online is a big part of some people’s lives.
Truth is, I would have probably been an awesome mom and of course I would have loved my children!
But it did not happen that way for me, and I imagine there are many variations of situations like mine where uncontrollable circumstances and possibly tragedy leaves a person childless.
I am at peace in my life, my life is awesome and I am actually stoked! More stoked than the average person, it seems!
Anyone who meets me would never feel pity for me, it is not my vibe. I am like Candide haha been through hell but “this is the best of all possible worlds”.

I know Oral Rehydration Salts have glucose because the gut will absorb the electrolytes significantly better, but the health and wellness people are afraid of adding any sugar to market a product.
If you are not worried about sugar, just add a good source of glucose: date powder? And track the quantity to know how much sugar you are adding to your diet.

One day, our clocks will all automatically set back less than a minute each day so we can again wake harmoniously with the sun through fall and winter, then automatically set forward after the winter solstice so we rise with the earlier sunrise. Instead of a single one hour chunked shift.

So update on the VO2 max:
The guy who approached me at the gym I now believe was NOT asking me on a date at all!
He was just impressed by my athleticism and wanted to give me the Vo2 max, resting metabolic rate, lactic acid test.
It was pretty cool and I learned a lot. Got to hang out at the Velodrome!
I do not know if I feel rejected or if I take this as a compliment. I am grateful for the experience either way 😆
