Reuters has published a report today headlined "Initial inquiry says Hamas camera was target of Israeli strike that killed journalists" even though the "camera position" that was attacked was the site where Reuters' own live feed was being provided by their own journalist.
Even their featured image is captioned "Equipment used by Palestinian cameraman Hussam al-Masri, who was a contractor for Reuters, lies at the site where he was killed..." but the first paragraph of Reuters' own report reads:
"An initial Israeli military inquiry has concluded that troops struck what they believed to be a Hamas camera position in Monday's attack on a Gaza hospital that killed five journalists..."

BREAKING: Columbia University has announced mass sanctions on nearly 80 pro-Palestine protesters — they have been suspended for 1 to 3 years or expelled from Columbia for joining a protest at the university's Butler Library in May this year, according to Columbia University Apartheid Divest, a coalition of pro-Palestine protesters.
This was the same protest at which members of Columbia's 'Public Safety' team were caught on camera repeatedly assaulting pro-Palestine student protesters, incidents which have still not been addressed publicly by the university. In one instance, one protester was held down on the ground for around four minutes and fifteen seconds by multiple campus security officers even as he cried for help.
Students and faculty have also raised serious concerns about the manner in which the 'investigations' into the protest were carried out amidst recent changes to the procedures related to disciplinary proceedings.
The university administration is currently negotiating with the Trump administration to recover $400 million in cancelled federal funding, and recently announced a training partnership with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), an organization that has repeatedly targeted speech advocating for Palestine and Palestinian rights as antisemitism.
