I remember trying that, and just tried again.
There is an auto-reply that tells me to use the portal, which I cannot use because it asks me to log in, but since my account is locked...

Q: Does anybody know why my account on GitLab would have been disabled, or what I could do about it?
I am building apps for Android to be published on F-Droid, and using GitLab is part of the workflow, so now I'm stuck.

Really difficult to get my head around how conservatives and the right use the concept of individualism and egotism to get people to vote for things that are quite obviously not good for them.
I'm egoistic about public transport: I want it to be free.
For me, that is so incredibly straight-forward, I do not understand how people can not see it.

Back in the 90s, when I built apps for PalmOS, I just put them out there, and apart from individual feedback, I never knew how many people were using them.
Then I started working in Web Analytics in 2008. Woah! Everything can be tracked! Knowledge!
That was cool for a while, but unfortunately as an industry, we took it a little far.
So, when I went back to building apps, this time on Android, I decided: no tracking.
I'm back in the 90s 🙂

Sometimes, when I push up a steep bit of trail, my eBike makes unholy cracking sounds. LBS thinks it may be belt tension, so I spent the day trying to fix that.
Belt was "at 30Hz" when I started, and it should be between 40Hz and 55Hz. I managed to get it to around 52Hz or so. (Yes, I find it weird to write about tension in Hz) #eBike #BikeMaintenance
