UPS - uninterrupted power supply (most versions try to detect power loss and switch to battery back up) not always a power quality monitor.
Power conditioners on the affordable end use emi/rfi filters, voltage regulation circuits and capacitors. The higher end ones run off a battery that’s charged with clean power from capacitors and voltage regulation. So on the high end stuff the power conditioning is for the battery and the battery provides clean DC power. It’s not great for battery life usually but is significantly more protection.
Double check me, I could be wrong. This wasn’t AI, I’m going off what I know and it’s not much.

I’m guessing that lots of people run their own nas, dns, adblocker; not many people run their own vpn; not one human in the world runs their own email server 😂😂😂 maybe FIPS, nostr, auth-blossom-inbox-reply-outbox-pizzazz fixes all that but I don’t think anyone has fully streamlined and idiot-proofed it yet because I’m retarded and don’t get any of it.

What about an insulin injection and hypoglycemia? If you hide the injection site and don’t give so much that it’s obvious. Or aconitum/wolfsbane/monkshood root. These are all terrible thoughts but good to think about the advanced wrench attacks of the future I guess.
