this and perhaps a keyword policy that strips urls or off platform messaging IDs from posts of new users (can keyword policies be made to only apply to new users idk I never touched plemora software or forks,,)

yes default,, Samsung gives yu diy homescreens n stuff,,
also you can customize the navigation bar on samsung in settings (customize by making your own design, and change the order)
