I've been on the lowest does of wegovy for about 2.5 weeks now and I'm already down a few lbs. It's really making it a lot easier for me to make healthier eating choices and resist overeating and binge snacking. It's not cheap, but so far it has been very worth it as a person who has been unable to lose weight consistently over a decade of attempts.

A pattern I've seen on LLM coded web apps is an application that looks like it has appropriate auth mechanisms on the surface but has an API that is wide open to anyone, no auth required. That's not even a rookie level mistake, that's a baby's first web app that shidded its diaper.

Good idea, we should always look to reduce the attack surface if possible.

We run a multiple account system where were have our normal everyday account, a second server admin account, and a third domain admin account. Usage is limited and logged with passwords rotated via our PAM tool. All good security.
Just had one of our security guys message me and said that there are too many domain admin accounts and we should reduce them.

when I did a home sleep study the results were so severe they thought it was an error and made me come in for an in-person study. Surprise, the home study was correct and my apnea is terrible. Took three months from first consultation to getting my CPAP but my life has improved tremendously since I got it.
