True, but Windows is both a bigger and (at least up until Windows 7) easier target. Windows 7 began the difficult task of separating the user and adminsitrative accounts on Windows. Something that even now doesn't seem to be fully complete.

I can understand the reactions. Pepsi versus Coke is like Microsoft versus Linux or vi versus emacs. People identify with one of the brands. Changing your supplier from one to the other alienates a lot of people.
I understand the discounts both companies offer, but from a customer viewpoint it's still best to offer both.
Personally for me Pepsi simply tastes better than Coke. I'll only drink Coke in an emergency.

There are a couple of established Greek Orthodox churches a bit farther away, but the same holds there with the language.
I'll stick to the traditional 1928 Anglican service in my native language.

Raising prices to build up reserves to combat expected future costs isn't an unwise move. Lots of companies have failed to do so and have gone under when the additional costs hit.
I don't like higher prices any more than you do, but they're not particularly higher than the competition now.

As a satisfied customer, I can report that Snake River Farms is having a summer sale on their top line wagyu gold cuts.
They're not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but the second tier wagyu black cuts were excellent when I had them. Snake River is what Allen Brothers used to be as far as shipping and customer service goes.

Well, this is pure guesswork. I cannot know the mind of God.
But my guess would be that while the leadership was corrupt the local parishes were still performing the duties Christ wanted: Performing the sacraments and teaching the Gospel.
I don't think that's the case now. I think the majority of all the clergy in all the mainstream denominations have been corrupted and no longer teach the true Gospel. If you can find one who isn't that's great, but recognize that he's either going to be in a small denomination outside the mainstream or he's fighting an almost certainly losing battle against his own superiors.
