Must be weird for Europeans to use celcius for human body temps. there’s such a huge difference between 98.6f (normal body temp) and 100f (pretty sick). In Celsius that’s 37 and 37.77 degrees respectively.

I feel like as long as you aren’t fat the only muscles that matter much aesthetically are shoulders, bis and tris. Thus, tons of sets of ohp and pull-ups are the most efficient workout.
I can’t do barbell ohp anymore because it hurts my shoulders but it feels great doing it one arm at a time with dumbbells or kettlebells.
