for the Mozilla.Firefox package the contributor is a bot auto-updating it (looks like it's unrelated to Mozilla) but you can see in the manifest file it downloads Firefox directly from Mozilla: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/blob/master/manifests/m/Mozilla/Firefox/129.0/Mozilla.Firefox.installer.yaml
