Soooo, I put the complaint to Advertising Standards on 17/4
Email on 21/4 saying as I'd ref'd a number of different ads in complaint, they would be split in two. Got two ref numbers. Why? Who knows.
Later on 21/4 email saying can't proceed as they need photos & licence plate of the truck (which I would have uploaded if I had them!)
Email today 'As your complaint raises issues under the Codes, it will be considered by the Ad Standards Community Panel.'
Huh. Ok then.

Driving down Chapel St, Prahran today & in front of me was one of those screen advertising trucks. The adverts were for Gotham City, a brothel, known as the House of Sin.
The truck had moving adverts on 3 sides, & frankly, they were disgusting. Kids and families were walking along Chapel St. What was also interesting, was the use of a Sherrin football and the AFL logo, saying things like 'in the back' and 'around the neck' & could you handle three with a photo of 3 naked women.
How can they?

Watching the #Artemis2 #Orion recovery and I dunno, it seems to me there would be better ways of doing it. I mean, I'm no rocket scientist, but why not lift the module out of the water onto the back of a ship - which eventually happens - and get the astronauts out then? Just for what it's worth, I had to take prednisolone for 3 days to see if it helped my sinuses. It didn't, but it completely stopped the plantar fascitis! Only need 5mg for 3 days.

I trained at RCH, where they have the annual Good Friday Appeal - huge deal, enormous.
One year, I was living at the nurses home and a local bakery sent a huge tray of fresh hot x buns to each floor on the day. I still remember how yummy they were!!

Soooo, returned the burger and hair to #Aldi.
I asked the person wearing the jacket plastered with "I'm here to help" for the store manager. He walked around to the next isle and returned saying "the store manager is in the next isle". Didn't bring the store manager with him.
I said "I thought you were here to help, but obviously not". Of course, he didn't get that.

Something that younger people won't ever know is the satisfaction of buying an every day product and having it actually work or provide the service that it was made to provide, first time, every time.
Purchased a new anti-slip bath/shower mat yesterday. Opened it, noted that the rubber had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Aired it, washed it, aired it again.
Still smells horrendous.
Tried using it, rubber tears on first use.

It's been useful to see the trends through the day and over time. The ECG on it gives a L1 view and is reasonably accurate. Picking up ectopics or possibly short runs of AF (which I really, really don't want!).
