Does this mean #ONLYOFFICE is de facto closed source?
How can you fork the project and comply with the license if the conditions appear to be mutually exclusive (retain the name and logo + no permission to use the trademark)?

You might want to look into KWin window rules. Right click on a window's titlebar, select "More Actions" and then "Configure Special Window Settings".
You can force windows to display on a specific monitor, force them fullscreen or to a specific size, etc..
It's the main reason why I prefer #KDE on my desktop PC over anything else.

That's another story indeed ...
Maybe I am just overly concerned about this and should rethink all of this.
Projects come and go, even if they have redundancies built-in. You never know what will happen in the future with any project (see the Copperhead OS takeover).
With open-source there is at least the possibility to fork it and continue independently. ;)

The only thing I am still slightly concerned about is if the project could continue if the person signing the releases would suddenly disappear (e. g. car accident).
I didn't assume or expect any redundancy in other areas, like app development.
In the event that Linus Torvalds would disappear, I believe there are precautions taken so that Linux development continues. For instance I know that there are multiple people working on the kernel that have high privileges in the project.

That's exactly what I wanted to know about: All of these changes are developed by muhomorr but committed by thestinger. So even if other people are writing code, it seems like thestinger has the final say over commits.
That's why I wanted to know if the project is still dependent on a single person for committing changes and if there are any precautions taken in case something happens with that person. For instance multiple people having commit rights and access to the signing keys.

No, I'm just referring to the public announcements from Daniel Micay that he wants to step down as a lead developer and wants to train other members to do the things he did in the project before.
I noticed that a lot of commits are still from him or approved by him and then wondered if the organisation actually changed after these announcements. Nothing wrong with him being an active developer or even leading the project, just wondered how GrapeheneOS is actually organised nowadays.

According to LinkedIn they have 11-50 employees and according to the GitHub organisation they have 16 members, which would be a decent size.
But when looking at commits it seems like the majority of them are by thestinger and another sizable portion is authored by one of the members, but committed by thestinger.
That's what made me wonder if the governance has really changed since the announcements.
In general I am just worried that it is still dependent on a single person.

I have read all of these things and I have formed my own opinion on it. But that doesn't answer any of the questions about GrapheneOS as a project today.
For instance when it comes to Linux distributions, it is usually quite transparent how they are operating and there are clear and public rules set for the governance of the project. I was hoping to find similar transparency with GrapheneOS (e. g. I was recently surprised to see how many git commits are from a single person).

After using #GrapheneOS for a couple of years, I have finally taken a deep dive into its past controversies. What a ride (through archives) that was in the last couple of weeks ...
But the main questions I actually wanted to answer were: How is GrapheneOS structured today? How much is its future dependent on a single person? Who is actually leading the project now (seems like it hasn't really changed)?
Unfortunately I'm still unsure about all of these. Maybe the Fediverse can help me out?

I think ActivityPub has already won.
Bluesky claims to have more users than the Fediverse (without Threads), but for the topics that I'm interested in it seems to be much (!) livelier in the ActivityPub ecosystem and lots of accounts I discover on Bluesky are actually bridged from ActivityPub.
Unless they come up with a much superior protocol, I don't think ATProto has much of a chance.
I actually think it would benefit Bluesky if they would simply implement the W3C standard.

If you are willing to install a custom operating system, I would recommend a phone with @npub1kwa…e0nj.
Should you need to access the Play Store, you can install Google Play on GrapheneOS, but, unlike any other flavour of Android, those Google services get installed as a user app and don't have special privileges. This also gives you the option to install them on a single user profile only, instead of having them system-wide for all users.
