Major Update
Both girls continue to grab each other, kick, scream, slap, mofu, and OMAHGAH. Both have constant exchanged leads over the last four hours, with Senko barely hold a lead at this late hour. With neither gaining a significant advantage.
The Fluffy Tail Mafia was warned from a week ago up to now about the need to get heavy and dirty, but many of their member are principled and do not want to replicate the Animekampf's rather effective yet heavy-handed tactics. Some other members have not been seen since voting.
But that is only one way Senko can still use a powerful move. Only a few of the Loli Brotherhood have voted so far and fewer still have pushed for Senko in any capacity, contrasting their terrifying power we have seen in the Holo v. Shinobu match. Whether from laziness or not, the majority have not appeared to the battlefielf. If and once they awake, then Osaka will be finished tomorrow.
We now anxiously wait at the edge of seats to see if the Loli Bros awake like they did with Shinobu and push the fox mommy-wife goddess to the final match, or if the SS' Animekampf Division holds and Osaka has the strong chance to win tomorrow evening.

Osaka and Senko have begun a fierce and bloody battle to the death. Hitler's Meme Squad, led by Fash-E, has started the match with voting blitzkrieg that would make Hitler proud. Some Fedi users have switched completely to TeamOsakar because they find Osaka winning the Fedi Crown to be a very funny thing. This has not been pleasant for the Fox Mommy-Wife Loli Goddess.
Share this warning around if you are a Senko-bro: If the Fluffy Tail Mafia and Loli Brotherhood do not get their acts together and begin treating this like the final battle to the death and use tactics similar to TeamOsakar, then Senko has a good chance to lose, not by much, but this isn't a contest about how much one wins or loses.

After the Wise Wolf crushed the vampire night stalker, we come to the last match of Round 2, and a fitting match to end this round with. Today, an archetypal ara will face off against an archetypal loli.
** 6. Lum / Urusei Yatsura **
Lum won against a popular gyaru, having a more potent popularity and status that is firmly established long before there was even a Fediverse to host this tournament. She is THE classic anime girl to end all anime girls. That does not mean she is automatically the Fediverse's best anime girl, though being the classic brings a massive home field advantage. Another thing people have forgotten is that Lum is a monster girl and an alien, who wants to remain faithful to Ataru despite him being a womanizing manslut for most of the series.
There are still some doubts about Lum. She won as many votes in her match as Liru did in the Shinobu versus Liru match. Marin was also an easy opponent to beat, being new and being seen, rightfully or wrongfully, as a "flavor-of-the-month" girl. Shinobu does not have those disadvantages. Shinobu, while being seen mainly as a loli, has an Ara mode that is quite the looker. And obviously, being a monster girl is not an advantage when the other girl is a monster girl too.
"Lum will cook you dinner if you vote for her," says Poast's ElTigre. Though this may not be a home advantage for Lum. Shinobu is said to do wifely chores for you too.
When the Chief Lum Appreciator on the Fediverse, the Portegeuse lenged RealRaul, was asked to comment on this match, he gave only this response: "LUM! UUOOOOOOH!"
** 11. Shinobu Oshino / Monogatari **
Shinobu, or know by her vampire name KISS-SHOT-ACEROLA-ORION-HEART-UNDER-BLADE, performed very well against a surprisingly strong opponent. Showing off her kawaii aura and perfect charms, Shinobu defeated the werewolf with one of the highest vote counts under the current voting system.
Her biggest obstacle is dealing with the long standing impact Urusei Yatsura had and continues to have on otakus. The second season of Urusei's remake is still airing, while there was only an annoucement of something Monogatari-related in the last few months, and not necessarily a project Shinobu will appear in. Still, that's not as big a disadvantage, if you look at both Konata's and Osaka's performance.

Both Senko's and Holo's series are very good. Raphtalia's is a mixed bag, and many on the Fediverse don't like Rising of the Shield Hero, while they enjoy Spy x Family. Still, Raphtalia is one of the bright spots and best parts of the show, which may help.

DARLLLIIIIIINNNNN'!
We introduce a real classy lady today. Besides Nausicaä, Lum is the only girl to appear in an anime show pre-90's; in fact, if you count the manga, Lum is the only girl the whole tournament who appeared before the 80's. Her continued presence online and off only shows her power as an anime girl. With the second season of the anime remake going on and going strong, Lum may be "old", but she remains relevant and impactful as ever. There is so much to say about Lum and her series that it would take a whole essay just to get through it all. She is a worthy contestant.
Lum is a Space Oni from the planet Oniboshi. Her father is a high commander of Oniboshi's imperial space forces, which he decides to invade Earth with. He chooses his daughter Lum to represent the Space Onis. To save Earth from destruction, a "champion" from Earth must beat Lum in a game of tag. The champion so happens to be the horn-dog jock and Japanese high schooler Ataru Moroboshi. By sheer dumb luck, Ataru beats Lum and accidentally "proposes" to her, starting a long romance that spans solar systems and decades.
** RR 26. Marin Kitagawa / My Dress-up Darling **
Marin . While her win was the weaker ones of the Royal Rumble, Marin She is no flavor of the month, with fan art and merch still pouring in, her manga still going strong, and a second season of the anime coming in a year or two.

Rei is the other half of the great Asuka vs Rei debate. In terms of the Fediverse, Rei is a weaker contestant than Asuka, not being mentioned as often, not accompanying memes. On the other hand, Rei did not enter the top sixteen seeds for nothing. She has more total nominations that Asuka and still has instant name recoginition even among non-anime enjoyers. Will that be enough to beat the strongest vampire of Tokyo?
Rei was created by Gendou Ikari using the remains of his wife Yui and the physical body of the angel Lilith. Being the clone of a mad scientist's wife and, Rei has little active personality, instead passively soaking in her surroundings while she figures out her place in the world. She may or may not be the key to the end of the world. Oh who are we kidding? It's not much of a spoiler anymore that Rei is the key to activate Third Impact and Human Instrumentality. That renders her a useless, eldritch plot device until the retconning sequels come out. Best thing Hideki Anno ever did was give Rei hair growth for the Evangelion sequel movies.
** RR 19. Nazuna Nanakusa / Call of the Night **
Nazuna is one swell gal. She tied Tatsumaki and Tsumugi for the most votes of the Royal Rumble, especially in a match with the most total votes of an Royal Rumble match. Her series is cool, fun romp, and perhaps objectively better than NGE. Nazuna may be relatively new for anime enjoyers, but she may be on her way to "classic girl" status in a decade or two.

What a start! Suiseiseki managed to scare everybody by pulling in a bunch of votes while Holo fans slept passed the alarm. Despite this, the Fluffy Tail Mafia quick assembled the troops and got Holo back to the forefront with a heavy lead. Several people gave the living doll a few pity votes, but that may not stem the tide for her.
Still, Suiseiseki has done well so far considering her opponent and is expected to perform decently over the next twenty hours. Plus, the Graf man himself supports Suiseiseki and Desu memes.

Still, Nagatoro pull through and one by a large margin, showing the other girls who the boss of this dork dormitory. Can that luck defeat of lovely fox goddess though?
