Make sure you use hydroxyapatite toothpaste if you go fluoride-free. The patients I see with a lot of new cavities after going fluoride-free for a few years are always the ones using Tom’s or Hello brand with no hydroxyapatite in them

This is how I felt about Facebook for my practice. I found that deleting it from my phone and only doing periodic check-ins has helped me avoid all the other slop that pops up every time I log in, and I’ve been able to delegate more of the social media administration to other people. Somehow scrolling on nostr has never had the same doom scrolling feel since we create our own algorithm here

This was very true for my wife and I. I worked on a farm all through high school and college and she babysat during that time. Doing hard, manual labor taught me how to push through things I didn’t want to do, which still applies to my job today

Some will do it remotely or telehealth. There’s just more instruction involved about how to utilize it properly in infants and exercises you can do to improve the connection between the brain and mouth/airway. I would highly recommend an in-person appointment if possible because most offices that carry these are trained in diagnosing and treating myofunctional/airway development issues that may not be treatable with just a Myomunchee and would be a great resource for you

This is a super interesting perspective that I haven’t thought through enough yet.
My only counterpoint would be that my kids and grandkids will most likely know and love my great great grandkids, which means that I by extension love them too. I plan to instill generational work ethic and values that will compound in every subsequent generation, and a huge part of that is the legacy of immutable money (bitcoin). I may not care about my great great grandparents, but my great great grandkids will care about me if I play my cards right. To that end, the digital age means they will most likely have access to photos and videos of pretty much my entire life, whereas I have nothing but old black and white photos of a few of my great great grandparents, making them seem distant. I’d like to think that generational changes will mean even more in the future
