I don’t understand the argument that we should all agree to steal dormant coins to prevent a possible quantum attack from stealing them. I am far more concerned about the precedent of this proposal than the individual act of quantum theft. Yes, let’s prepare a quantum resistant protocol, but freezing coins that don’t upgrade is more harmful than helpful to me

I was really tempted by a bitcoin miner/space heater I found. Good efficiency and hash rate. But projected RoI in that just looked dismal. I just spent the money on more bitcoin instead

Today I reached milestone #3 in my #bitcoin journey. The worst part about starting to use bitcoin is it makes using the fiat system unbearable. Seriously, why does it take a week to clear a bank transfer? I’ve become impatient because I have experienced the future, and it is awesome.

Haven’t kept any cash balance on strike yet. I feel like if I have money there it should be sats not $. Pile up sats with recurring buys, transfer to cold storage once the stack is tall enough

Still running Core but looking into Knots. I’m not sure I fully understand the debate to say which is better but confident that running either is better than not having my own node! Hadn’t considered self hosting nostr. Always something more to learn

Switched from Swan to @nprofile…0j5p for stacking my sats and super happy with that decision. Lower and transparent costs and awesome lightning integration. I finally see the value of LN that I struggled with starting on Phoenix. Good job @nprofile…eymh and team!
