To become wealthy without some family wealth passed on is almost impossible. But my point is that a generous family is the difference between struggling and having a much easier ride, more than the issue you raised about being wealthy.

After not allowing people to smoke in the seat any longer. For a long time airplanes had ashtray in seats. My mother in 80s owned a kindergarten, she was owner. Or the communal council had given her the rights of the property and she ran it. She hired people she knew. When children would go inside to eat after playing outside, they would smoke inside. At least 80s and into early 90s. This was so normal for a while. Imagine smoking with so small children inside. It was completely normalized for a while to smoke in front of children. There were no campaigns or warnings on tobacco, nobody talked about second hand smoking before late 90s

I also have more respectable people, but most are acquaintances that I speak with over a coffee. One I know since I arrived here. A old man in 60s that only passion is going fishing. Has a lot of grandchildren, in his 60s. My passion is just going swimming. As long as I can immerse myself in ocean, life is good.

As long as your family is healthy and you aren't suffering greatly in economic terms, you have a job that doesn't slowly drain every inch of life out of you

Another good day, evening here now. Been a long time since I went to bar with my friends. Tomorrow I made a appointment to go for breakfast with one. It's a hard pill to swallow when someone dislikes you strongly. But in the end it has nothing to do with, it's something on the other person's brain that gets triggered by you. The owner of the bar I go for breakfast dislikes me strongly. There's no reason, I am probably the most respectful and polite customer he got. Bar is going down the drain and he directs his frustrations at me. This id part of humsn nature. There's many similar situations where people have some frustrations and take it out on someone randomly. Many such cases. I would say most hatred is completely arbitrary and irrational, not due to the object of your hatred

Boomer horror stories: give my mother my beloved galaxy phone, a couple generations old only. Perfect condition. Get a galaxy z flip 6 for free through my ISP for myself. My mother first week says the phone I gave her is good. Proceeds to destroy charging connector, so cable no longer completely enters. Says I gave her a shit phone "it doesn't work ". I try to remain calm, logically explaining she destroyed the phone partly, it still charges, but cable don't enter completely. She double down, the phone is crap, she had enough of crap phones. Start to explain again, she claims I am agitated and need to take a benzodiapine pill
