Thank you very much for your input. I ultimately decided on an Asus NUC 15 Pro with an Intel Core 5 Ultra. Although I had to raise my budget, I hope it will pay off in the form of a longer hardware lifespan. Can't wait to assemble my new home server 😄

I'm looking for hardware recommendations to build a home server in a mini PC form factor. The #Minisforum #NPB6 would have been ideal, but unfortunately it's discontinued and sold out everywhere. My requirements:
- Intel Core i7 or better (no AMD) with integrated graphics (for #Jellyfin)
- USB 3.2 ports or better
- Barebone unit (no RAM/SSD) under 350€

I'm not sure who is right or wrong here but I also noticed that posts by GrapheneOS here on Mastodon are often very aggressive with some bold claims. Can't we just stop all the drama and have some nice custom ROMs focusing on privacy and security? Who cares if this one ROM is slightly better than the other ROM or does something differently? However, often this seems to be an issue.

While being forced to go to war is a terrible thing, this statement does raise a few questions. For example if the dev is Russian, I have ethical and technical reasons to not use GrapheneOS. In the current situation I have a bad feeling if I know that Russian devs participate code to an operating system which focuses on security and privacy. I'm not saying that every Russian is bad, but there doesn't seem much information about who is actually working on GrapheneOS.

I finished the #PS5 remake of The Last of Us (Part 1) several years after I played the #PS4 remaster. Still one of the best games for #PlayStation in my opinion.

Congratulations, it does matter! I very much welcome when people use their democratic right to vote. Living in a democracy and being able to vote is a gift that's mostly taken for granted. We should be thankful, because not all people have this opportunity.
But I'm curious: Why did you not vote before?
