Dear camera and lens manufacturers: please stop moulding a sun hood into your lens bodies. Yes, even your buldgey fisheye lenses.
It'll cost you $10 more to press-fit an adapter ring and adding a separate sun hood. We will pay those $10, no one wants to go "okay, so, I can't put filters in front of this thing? Then what's the point?"

@npub18jt…g6eg I love seeing these birds, they're pretty rare here but they'll show up in our garden (at the edge of some woods) every now and then. Skittish as heck, but my goodness, so pretty!

That's like saying Audio, or Lamborghini invested 5bn - simply because those are also owned by VWG.

New bird at the point: a Yellow-Rumped Warbler, "Audubon's" variety. Now, mind you, we might have seen this bird for years now and never realized it was actually not a juvenile American Lemon...
