I try to hold just two streaming subscriptions at a time. One is YouTube Premium. The other rotates. It's been stuck on Paramount Plus for a long time, because Star Trek ate my brain and I paid for a year at the start of the last Strange New Worlds season.
It's about to run its course and I'll be damned if I'm going to give that MAGA asshole any more money.
We switched to Apple TV and OMG, it's like a time warp where peak TV still exists. Who knew -- it's great!

We visited Silver Falls yesterday. It was a fabulous day and the view was spectacular. And Silverton was a lovely town. It was a great day trip destination.

I must have had a staggeringly positive balance in the karma bank.
Biked to the library. Locked it up street side. Forgot to remove my phone from the handlebars cradle. Came out two hours later. Phone was where I left it.

A bunch of us are putting together a monthly salon. The skill levels range widely, from noob on up -- all welcome. You can bring a guitar and play if you want, or just hang and chat. We've met a few times, and it's been great.

Cassidy knew better. He was in a deep pit from voting for impeachment. I guess he thought if he sold out his personal and professional ethics and took one for the team then MAGA would forgive him.

I'm reconsidering.
I was not a fan of Wilson's recent announcement regarding city DEI policy rollbacks. But, he may have done what he had to, to protect city interests while maintaining local values.
And the city (and state!) have been great handing this crisis.

I just returned from a meeting of a classical guitar group at a Central Eastside library. Now I'm sitting at an outdoor table at a sandwich shop on Burnside waiting for my order. It's a lovely day.
Very few dead bodies to dodge. Mostly skateboards and bicycles and people out for a stroll..
