A very cost effective alternative to eggs is aquafaba, the water from chickpeas. Chickpeas are very cheap and the water from them makes a great alternative to eggs in baking as they can whipped up. So you can use the water in baking and the chickpeas in a wide variety of recipes.

Made some festive vegan snowflake brownies. They have white chocolate chips folded into the brownie batter and once baked there is a layer of soft ganache with a snow flake decoration. Ignore the corner piece that was the test piece 🤣 #vegan #baking #Christmas

So the winner of this months poll for the #VideoGameClub is Kitsune Tails.
I am very excited for this game as I have watched a couple of play throughs and you can really see the love that has been put into the game and I love the nostalgia that it reminds me of Super Mario Bros 3 for the NES but Japanese myths.
I know it’s on PC but I also think it is coming to other consoles as well.
