This piano was made here in Argentina. In the fifties, I think.
Some parts were imported. As the cast iron frame or some parts of the action.
But you can tell... It was assembled with cheaper things. It was an industry that grew fast with many brands and died. Those Argie pianos aged badly. I often find them in awful conditions

This picture doesn't make any justice to what we experience. There's no more sunlight, just that thin orange line of dusk. Yet kids and coaches remain playing football in a field that has been little conquered to the desert.
There's no artificial lightning, and the little ones learn more by gut than by eyes. And it's all being created "by lung" as we use to say, meaning there's no money involved, theres no fee to participate or wage for the coaches. Just an autocratic organisation of parents and coaches with no profit to transmit the football knowledge to the kids.
This exists all over the country, in micro and macro scales...
This is why we Messi, this is why we Maradona.

I would recommend some Dispenza walking meditation. Because through moving with that intention you can be activating your hormones. Also blessing of the energy centers.
I mean, go inside, imagine yourself ripped, project image and feeling of it to your brains, major glands in your body. Let them produce the proteins and hormones. It is proven to produce hundreds of standard deviations from normal in a lot of variables
Then work out as usual, eat healthy.

Noticing slowly increasing energy levels. Sustained. A steady soft vigour through the days. Slowly being less sleepy overall. That steadyness translating to the mind. Or from the mind to the body . Or in the Mindbody complex.
A bit of sharpness in the thought process, and some increased spiritual, intuitive-like abilities?? Perhaps...
I will be able to tell for sure when I finish.
Silver... Well.. I use it as prevention when I feel I'm about to get sick.
Or to cleanse throat in case of soreness or mucus. Then in the parasite clean and control protocols... It's good.
Yet I would not know by itself what specific effects have. And since I always use it with propolis...
But it is good, I've even used it in wounds, or conjunctivitis, or nasal infection like sinusitis... Very effective those topical ways.

I always take Peruvian Maca.
Then I try different things on top of it.
Could be Spirulina, very often.
Took creatine for a short period but I gained more weight than I wanted.
I'm now trying the Collagen, Vit C, Magnesium citrate mix we prepare in the shop.
And the Shilajit, daily for about two weeks now.
Then I am also, here and there, taking propolis, colloidal silver and turkey tail extract.
And these days I opened a bottle of cordyceps militaris extract and I'm adding a few drops to the daily Maca. Very powerful, I played some football yesterday and I felt very oxygenated with an extra gear to run.

My dad's workshop is 95% teared apart.
I have to rent the building.
So I had to move, sell, throw, gift all things inside.
One of the last things I brought home was his tool board.
Some things ache in strange ways, I miss him so much though I know he lives and visits me often in dreams.
Anyway I'm tearing apart this thing because it's good wood I will honour some way I don't know yet. Im planning some of it to read the grain and see if I can use it on an instrument. Or a really nice chest. Who knows...

I've been using Amethyst lately, the most, because Primal is not working at all...
I just added a couple of relays here and there. Like a monkey in the control room pulling some levers. I don't fully know what I am doing or why.
But my rough guess and hope is that I hadn't configured my relays so my content wasn't spreading. Because I've been getting nearly zero interactions on my posts.
Other explanation is that my post aren't even worthy of reaction, or folks don't care, or this protocol is dead.
That is why I say my rough guess and hope is that I had to set up a couple of relays to reach farther the confines of this beautiful place.

It ranges. According to (not so vast)literature and reports, up to 2grams.
2 grams and below are considered microdosing.
I never went that far though.
Because of respect.
And intuition was right since you develop sensitivity to the compounds. So the ideal for me is 1gram the first couple of days and then starting to cut off to 0,75g and 0,5g and ending with 0,25g.
That's me. I'm very very cautious and sensitive to substances.

This painting was made by my father in his early years.
It's my grandma knitting.
It was deep buried into a room in the house. Unable to get out since it didn't pass through the stairs.
That stair was built after the painting was hanged there.
A little bit of magic and weird bending and I could take the painting out.
Not sure what I will do with it.
I think it's very beautiful.

First I have to make a proper saddle with one of these pieces of cow's femur bone.
Industrial saddles are plastic, gummy, rubberish, soft and flexible. Useless for sound transmission. Seems like purposely they make them sound absorbing, the opposite of what they need. In such an important part of sound transmission, the industry usually fucks it up.
So, my job for years is to make proper bone saddles for almost every guitar coming to the workshop. Brittle, responsive, hard, tone producing and sound transmitter.
Properly fit inside the channel of the bridge, very tight so no vibration is lost in friction.

New bridge glued.
After a couple of troubles and corrections, mistakes and little fails, the bridge is finally glued.
Now I can finish the finish.
And string it.

Some pictures of the bracing of the guitar.
This method of clamping and glueing was abandoned by me long time ago.
I don't have much space in the little workshop so the frame was thrown outside.
After cleaning it I setted the solera, the guitar mold which has a little bit of a concave to form the top of the guitar.
Selected the braces from good wood, canadian red cedar, and cutted them to length. Disposed them dry to see them and proceeded to look for little scraps of wood and some wild reeds in my backyard to make the camping posts that pressure the top. This will help the top to acquire the desired dome.
Key elements here:
Hide glue. Nothing like hide glue for sound in a guitar. Industry will try to sell you anything. Titebonds and alifatixs and you name it. All crap. Use traditional hide glue, it's vibrating and it's alive and it transmits sound like nothing, and you can unglue whenever you want with heat and water.
Another key element here is the long plane, I don't remember the exact name in english... Anyway. That is to set the braces straight. You just use it upside down and drag the braces over the mouth to a thin shaving.

This was a blade of a little keyhole saw that was rolling around my workshop for a while now.
It has some story:
It was part of a backsaw that I bought on a flee market. Not a good one, it was damaged or something. I cutted it to make some card scrapers. Some parts of the teeth rolled here and there in the workshop and one day, I decided to make a little keyhole saw to gift to my father for father's day. It was part of a little box I prepared with a set of tiny esential carving tools. The keyhole saw, some tiny gouges, tiny chisel, whittling knife and so on.
He used that little box and added his own tools too.
When he died I took the box and made it mine. And misusing the keyhole saw I broke the blade again.
So again it went rolling and stumbling around the many movings and transformations of my own workshop.
But magically never lost, always at hand.
So today I thought it would be nice to give it a new life by making it a new handle so I can use it properly to cut through the mouth of the guitar and the reinforcement I'm doing to the soundhole.
Si here it is, I couldn't help to give it a little bit of zoomorphic character and add a bit of ornament on my own limitations.
I always think, when doing handles and things interactive with hands:
"Do it in a way it can be entangled with your skin, bones, muscle and tendons of your hands through eternity"

Yesterday my beloved @nprofile…s5d4 won a prize in a photography contest.
First prize was a full fletched Nikon camera (She had two of them in the past and they were both stolen, almost ten years ago)
We never materially recovered from those loses.
Unfortunately she didn't won first prize. It is her dream to be able to have a nice reflex camera to be able to work as a photographer again. Since her passion and mission is taking photographs.

Losing my mom, among many things made me realise how legacies are passed.
I have to clean her home and move all things out. It happens that inside that house there are stuff and furniture and legacy from all branches of my family. From my dad and my mom's clans, there in the house lies the things they collected and passed, after who knows what scrutiny.
And there are things that belonged to my great grandparents and so on.
It is my task now to refine all those things to a minimum transportable expression. To keep what is meaningful to me and my kids. It is like extracting the very essence of them all and throw away the pulp.
And I just want to say that I'm now thinking my work like that. For example these cards I'm drawing. I expect to do many and pass them to my children and if they manage to be in some grandchild's house one day, it means they endured time. And it means ideas are valuable

Being the most expensive things the electric appliances and the bathroom things....
I just bought some timber, some wood, tin for the roof and some insulation...
The rest is :
Tire foundations
Recycled windows and doors
Stones
Wattle and daub
Poplar round wood I found.

Well.
. Seems like I do have a nice time preference for things like this.
I started this violin a bunch of years ago.... I cannot count them, lost memories.
But did some tools. Acquired some woods. Made a couple of templates. Got a couple of books here and there... It has been happening.
So today, I started to really carve this back... Or at least explore the carving. I am not really sure what I am doing. Then I started to make another little plane that I felt would be better for the job than the one I made like 6 years ago. Sometimes you make a tool that you don't even know how and when or why is it used. And even though you might copy it exactly as you see it, it's defective in details
