Living in my bubble, it’s a reminder that normal people and organisations are still there. They don’t know or care that it’s a fascist-run surveillance-capital platform.

And just #finishedReading The Unaccountability Machine by Dan Davies (I’m sure one of you recommended it recently).
I read Beer’s “Brain Of The Firm” and Hoverstadt’s “The Fractal Organisation” about 20 years ago, and this was a very timely refresher and reminder. It has by turns made me hopeful about how we can improve things, and furious at the systemic dysfunction all around me.
Now watch me piss off colleagues by calling out accountability sinks. (I do anyway, but here’s fire under my ass)
