Wow! Da hast du dir wirklich einen beeindruckenden und vor allem zukunftsfähigen Build zusammengebaut. Klasse!
Das mit den später aktivierten Features bei einigen Grafikkaten wusste ich noch gar nicht (bin aber ja nun auch ein Jahrzehnt mit der GTX 970 herumgeturnt 😅), aber finde klasse, dass sie die Möglichkeit dazu schonmal einbauen. Vor dem Hintergrund hört es sich nach einer sinnvollen Entscheidung an.
Danke für den Link, hat Spaß gemacht zu lesen! Deine hohe Begeisterung für die Hardware ist nicht von der Hand zu weisen, und solche Artikel lese ich dann immer besonders gern. 😊 Ich wünsche dir viel Freude beim Zocken!

Ich finde die Ciri aus dem Trailer MEGA. Als Frau freue ich mich von Herzen, dass sie sich eine kampferprobte, drahtige, narbige Ciri "getraut" haben, die den gleichen sympathischen Stinkstiefel-Vibe wie Geralt hat. Wow! 🤩 Ich persönlich finde den Kontrast vom Schatten etwas sehr stark (im echten Leben wäre es an den schattigen Stellen i. d. R. nicht komplett schwarz), die sonnenbestrahlten Flächen sehen aber total klasse aus. Irgendwie wirken die Texturen auch besser. Ist das eine optische Täuschung oder ein tatsächlicher Nebeneffekt? Auf jeden Fall wirklich beeindruckend!

📰 To stay informed, I've installed an RSS reader and subscribed to a selection of news sources. I can actively check the news whenever I'm in the right headspace.
You are NOT obligated to endure a 24/7 onslaught of doom in your safe haven. Reclaim that space. Filter and unfollow liberally. Stay informed if you can, but do so at your own pace. You can't win a fight if you have nowhere to wind down and regather your strength.

If you're an admin or mod running Mastodon 4.3.0 and keep receiving recurring spam reports from local users for servers you already limited, it may be due to the new "Filtered notifications" feature displaying notifications from limited servers to your users by default.
I believe letting users consciously opt into seeing moderated notifications instead of defaulting to opt-out would be more in line with user expectations and help reduce the newly arisen extra burden on moderation teams.

Wenige Horrorspiele haben mich so sehr beeindruckt wie Silent Hill 2. Viel davon mag Nostalgie sein, da es eins meiner ersten "richtigen" Horrorspiele war und ich damals noch nicht viel anderes von der Art kannte, aber ich hoffe, dass das Spiel es schafft, dieses Feeling zumindest auch ein klitzekleines Bisschen für dich mitzubringen. 🤩

Geht mir auch so. Bin auch noch ein bisschen hin- und hergerissen, ob ich mir das Remake wirklich geben soll. Die alte Version ist noch immer eins meiner absoluten Lieblingsspiele, jedoch war die Atmosphäre auch gerade *wegen* der schlechten Sicht und unbeholfenen Grafik und Kamera so hervorragend. Ob das Remake mithalten kann? Ich bin gespannt!

Das kann ich so unterschreiben. U. a. durch den neuen Kampfmechanismus hat es sich railroad-mäßiger angefühlt als der erste Teil, finde ich aber nicht schlimm. Es ist offensichtlich mehr als interaktives Kunstwerk/Erlebnis gedacht, und das ist in allen Aspekten gelungen.
Der erste Teil wird mein Favorit bleiben, da er mich noch viel emotionaler berührt hat, aber ich würde auch den nächsten Teil – sofern es einen geben wird – zum Vollpreis kaufen. 🫶

Jau! Meine GTX 970 pfeift aus dem letzten Loch – bin auf den niedrigsten Settings bei niedrigster Auflösung und es läuft mit einer Framrate, die einem die Tränen in die Augen treibt, ABER es läuft! 😂
Bin jetzt ca. 4 Stunden drin. Soweit wieder einmal bombastisch, besonders der Sound. Für heute muss ich Schluss machen, aber ich bin schon total gespannt, wie es weitergeht.
Wie läuft's bei dir?
