When you start it totally helps to understand food first of all. For a total beginner it helps to understand what gives you a lot of protein and what only fat. What has a lot of kcal and what doesn't. Stuff like that helps.
Then it helps you to measure your food per day. You get a better feeling of what is a lot and what isn't. 2 burger at McDonalds, some bread and a juice is already heavy in kcal. Usually one would say that he ONLY ate these things but it can bring you already over the amount of being in a kcal deficit.
Also: It helps to cheat! I love to eat some candy from time to time but i track it and would still stay in my deficit. That's perfect because it makes it all easier when you allow yourself some stuff.
At the end it's a mind game. If you REALLY want to lose fat, you do everything to reach your goal - including tracking your food every time. If you are not that serious about it you will hate tracking.
But that is also ok! Do whatever makes you happy! Even if it means that you got some more fat on you OR that you want to do everything to lose it. It's that simple ...

Yes, just accept it and keep clean eating afterwards. Take these family partys and stuff as they are: quality time with your family. Enjoy them. It is not the once per month party which makes you fat - it's what you eat on normal days.
Just enjoy holidays and take them as quality time with family and friends and see them as cheat days.
I recommend videos by Jeff Nippard for a good understanding for a good diat. He says the same: Enjoy time with friends and it actually helps you to stay in your diat because it doesn't feel that hard.

Ich stelle das in den Raum:
- die USA wollten 1 Mio. BTC kaufen, wie auch MSTR
- die USA wollten BTC immer ohne Belastung der Bürger kaufen, was MSTR für sie gelöst hat
- die USA wollen immer die größte Macht haben; MSTR ist ganz vorne mit dabei im Wettrennen um die meisten BTC aka größte Macht
- in den USA ist die FED kein reines Staatsorgan, sondern hat private Züge, also könnte MSTR sowas ähnliches werden
Nur ein paar wirre Gedanken ...

Dein erster SB mit den Pats? Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sie die nächsten Jahre wieder stärker werden. Guter Coach, guter QB, der aber konstanter werden muss, gute RBs.
Meine erste Saison endete in SB 42. Ich war schon immer für den Underdog, Familien-"Unternehmen" und lange Geschichte, also bin ich seither Giants Fan 😉

Tokenization of Real Estate:
Die Tokenisierung von Immobilien wird wahrscheinlich nicht, wie viele Crypto-Leute sagen, per NFTs geschehen.
Vielmehr wird die Immobilie einfach verkauft werden, Bitcoin von dem Wert gekauft und dann habe ich so viele "Tokens" wie ich eben Sats habe.
Diese Sats haben exakt die Eigenschaften, was man sich von "Tokenisierung von Immobilien" vorstellt - nur besser. Und vor allem: ohne das bekannte Orakel Problem!
Genau das wird auch mit anderen Wertspeichern passieren.

Erkenntnisse zum Aufbau des #Bitaxe:
1) Bitaxe im WLAN Gastnetzwerk der FritzBox angemeldet. Zur Kommunikation mit einem anderem Gerät muss in den Einstellungen des Gastnetzwerks aktiviert werden, dass Geräte auch miteinander kommunizieren können.
2) Zurücksetzen des Bitaxe:
- Gerät anschließen
- Im Terminal ausführen:
sudo chmod a+rw /dev/ttyACM0
- Google Chrome verwenden (Brave & Firefox nicht mgl)
