It’s inspired by a chant I heard in Austria: „Schießt den Kickl auf dem Mond, das ist Raumfahrt, die sich lohnt!“ -- “Shoot Kickl (far-right politician) to the moon; that’s a space trip that’s worth it.”
Not sure how you could get the same idea with a rhyme in English.
