After indifferent week online.
Two job opportunities falling through.
Off to the big one this weekend.
The Irish Poker Open.
Last played in 2011, and that takes me back.
Only staying for few days to give me a taste, and if I make Day 2s, then comeback for next weekend.
Don't have a seat for the Main Event, 1150 euro 2.5M GTD.
But sure to play a satellite for it, to get in cheaper.
The craic will be insane from what I remember of this event in the past.
Poker is bringing me back and introducing me to new people, who are understanding of my story.

With the antibiotics however, the worse case of the runs I've got.

Afternoon walk in the heatwave.
The calf's are zero tight now.
Very slight feeling in left knee compared to free flowing right knee.

I checked the weather this morning in Prague, said 25c, but overcast humid and drizzling.
Took out hat to keep my hair dry, and jacket out for the first time.
Low and behold, scorching clear blue sky day.
Never happens like that in Ireland - prefer for the worst.
Got to believe in Prague, amazing place, historical place, and of course cheap beer.

The battle with my mind and and me whilst drinking...
It says to after 5-8 pints stop.
Since I used to gamble the next day and play poker, since I need to be sober.
I never gambled when I was drunk, that's saves me.
I used to always have that handbrake on me.
It finally stopped on new years eve.
That's was have being gamble free for 8 years...
