I'm not sure about other DJs, but every time I play a venue, especially if it's a venue I've played before, I try to do a 60-40 split of old tunes to new tunes. I have enough music to where I can pretty much pull most of a set or an entire set from my collection Depending on the vibe and the time that I'm playing and the genre.. But I try to find 40% of music that is new to me, if not more Depending on how often I've played a certain venue.
And of course this isn't a hard set rule, but I do genuinely like to have new music paired with tried and true bangers that I enjoy playing, and I know go off.

So after running my citrine relay like this for a bit but I found out it was quickly being used by more people than just me and for more than just a DM inbox and found events stored on my phone that I dident want (ai porn, bot posts and the like)
I tryed setting citrine to only accept events from me and to only allow events refering to me (in the hope of not blocking DMs) but thats seems to not be working.
Gonna close off citrine again but its fun to know that i can open it up. Might open it up again if I can filter what gets in the relay better but for now I prefer to have it as a local backup.
If you use nostrudel on your phone you can go to your relays add citrine, click on it and nostrudel will show you what notes are coming from the relay (if I understand the feature corectly) I was also able to kind of double check and confirm that it wasn't just me using the relay because I told Citrine to delete anything that was more than a day old but to keep posts from me and my kind 1 stored events went from like 2,500 to around a thousand
So just a heads up for people out there if you start using your phone relay as a DM inbox relay. Very quickly can become used by people you don't want it to.

If you are on android, you can run a relay on your phone. It can even be used as a private local relay for storing event backups and even a personal DM relay over TOR.

When Updating to 1.1 I had to nuke my whole db and basicly restart. It was locked in a massive read/write operation that was killing my server.

I do one outdoor crop a year. Now that it's legal where I am, I don't need to do things indoor anymore.
Although I will say the biggest advantage to growing indoors having complete climate control.

I'm personally not a fan of auto flowering plants, but if you want a short cycle, then it's a good place to start. Just keep in mind they don't produce as much.
There are strains that pretty much grow themselves that are pretty easy to get started with if you don't want to do auto-flowering. I can give you a list of strains, if you want recommendations.
