I’m a Apple watch wearer since 2017, and I remain deeply torn about this. I can mostly ignore it, and I do enjoy the tracking, but the thing and its urge for more still frustrates me every now and then.

Great question! :-D It mainly filters out things likely to be US political outrage things, plus Elon, Twitter, and - since yesterday - Facebook and Zuckerberg. Also a little bit of Swedish filtering for good measure, even if I’ve got very little of that fare.
