ED IOP I'm doing gave me a giant booklet full of foods and how many food group servings they count as toward my daily allotment
and the booklet is foods I haven't bought at the grocery store in yeeears
actual eggs instead of egg whites? full-fat greek yogurt? butter? cereal? granola? normal pasta? with oil-based sauces?? red meat??? BREAD???
in the past several days I have consumed an entire gallon of whole milk
I don't think I'd ever even bought whole milk before
