Well truthfully is he that wrong that its a big bitcoin circle? It still is very bitcoin orientated here.
Its changed over the last months I feel, but by and large it's a bitcoiner home. I think we need to actively work on that as a community.

Well it depends what 'working out for them' means. Cos maybe they don't have friends or discovery of interest groups is 'hard' on nostr. Read only is not much fun
I think also it depends on what they are comparing to. Instagram and twitter are probably easier for discovery.

I don't see what the advantage of an app is when you can use astral and many other clients as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Just navigate to the homepage, add to homescreen+ you have an app. Its permissionless to use like bitcoin. App store isn't. Either way I hope you are right.
