Back in April, I shared a petition to lower fuel prices in Portugal. Today, Facebook slapped me with a block until September 2nd because of it.
Honestly, it makes me want to delete all my accounts and give up on Meta entirely. But the hard reality is that all my clients are still on Facebook.

People who practice Qigong get irritated too. People who meditate also lose their temper and let out a few swear words from time to time. Those who work with the nervous system also experience emotional dysregulation. Even those dedicated to bodywork keep discovering parts of themselves that still hurt.
