As a professional artist, I always took intellectual property and copyrights for granted. But after studying with @saifedean and preparing to attend @NSKinsella live for the upcoming podcast, I’m rethinking everything from the standpoint of property rights.

#Othering - #Inquiry and Awareness: Today’s Reflection
I have observed a growing phenomenon of othering, which involves perceiving individuals or groups as fundamentally different from oneself. This can result in name-calling, exclusion, marginalization, or dehumanization, creating a sense of “us versus them” and leading to discrimination, prejudice, and social division.
Listening attentively and engaging in thoughtful inquiry are essential steps to prevent othering, as well as establishing meaningful practices such as dialogue where new perspectives emerge.
Personally, I have found myself ensnared in this trap when I attempt to share my observations with others. I am taking time to reflect on when sharing my inquiry becomes othering.
We are all energy vibrating at different frequencies, aiming to create a synthesis through our magnetic and polarized nature, hence the presence of the trinity in many ancestral paradigms.
These challenging opposing forces tend to escalate when the individual is lost in the collective mob. Therefore, individual inquiry is imperative, and creating a space and time to allow the information to settle is very useful.
When the act is charged with the same energy, it adds more force and can lead to either a breakup or a breakthrough. Full awareness is the capacity to recognize differences.
It is clear that humanity as a whole needs a resolution.

Your voice is your valor
Is your fear due to neglect, procrastination, or denial? Which side of the spectrum is preventing you from showing up, standing up, and speaking out?
Will you comply again? I’ve reflected on this phenomenon, and sadly, it will only get weirder. The veil is drawn, and each person must choose whether to live in deception or courage. Have you noticed the brave ones around you?
In neglect mode, you know what is happening, but you decide to ignore it, sweeping it under the rug or hiding it in a drawer.
In procrastination mode, you are forced to act at the last minute because you are addicted to risky situations and have managed to pull off a few close calls by chance.
In denial mode, you believe it never happened, it isn’t happening, and it will never happen.
These are all #trauma responses, so the key is to treat your nervous system to be ready when it signals that something is really off.

Well, I have to accept that of the five emotions, anger is the most familiar to me and the one that drives me to provoke creative outcomes. At times, I have to give it time as my responses should come from a place of contemplation and not spite.
When I was little, this emotion fully drove me, and I have been able to surrender the bile and transform it poetically through somatic practice. Sometimes it is senseless and could erupt when I have become severely deaf to my instincts. This happens when I don’t measure the space I need to care for my needs first.

Having a small space to work now has taught me other ways to investigate and apply the resources I was spending on overhead while living in NYC with a large artist studio space and multiple assistants - a factory!
A low-time preference has given me the opportunity to still be creative and become even more resourceful and value my time over my instant gratification choices.
It has given me the opportunity to save in hard money #bitcoin for the uncertain future so my freedom and authenticity don’t depend on a paycheck.
To be able to create large public art commissions, all I need is to listen to the needs of that community, hire fabricators I can trust that will convey my vision, and invest in further education such as understanding what money really is.
I am grateful for all the opportunities I have to create meaningful pieces, and I also love and appreciate learning new perspectives that I can then introduce into my work.
A purpose fulfilled through form, slowly leading by example and supporting education, gathering resources so I can further contribute to the whole as an example.
I value my time on this planet and how to serve the community at large.

A World War II pilot who was shot down in Russia, Joseph Beuys described his mythical rescue by a small community of nomadic Tatars as the defining moment in his life as an artist, asserting that the nomads kept him alive and warm by wrapping him in felt and rubbing fat into his skin.
For Beuys, one of the most important artists of the second half of the twentieth century, felt and fat came to symbolize survival as well as physical and spiritual nourishment, permeating his work.
In Felt Suit, he evokes the absent figure of the artist as a healer, capable of caring for and transforming his audience and society.

Beuys did not see the herd as all bad. Unlike Nietzsche, who was so perpetually anxious about his autonomy that he asserted it vigorously and megalomaniacally against a social herd he imagined as dumb and passive, Beuys found his autonomy in symbiotic merger with his audience rather than in opposition to it. He moved fluidly, and in both directions, along the continuum between herd and autonomy, intimacy and individuality.
Beuys’ “totalized concept of art” involved the sense that what had become “hardened” by life originated “out of the fluid process” and could be returned to it to be re-formed. What had “solidified,” like congealed fat or wax, had only to be softened by artistic warmth to be given a more human form. Beuys intended this principle to be applied “not only to artistic forms, but also to social forms or legal forms or economic forms, or also agricultural problems . . . or educational problems.” For him, art brought together “every man’s possibilities to be a creative being and . . . the question of [the form of] the social totality.”7 The idea that individual and social health are inseparable is crucial to this concept. For Beuys, art was a process of simultaneous self- and social healing. He meant to cure, through artistic warmth, Germany’s pathological hardening into a totalitarian regime during his childhood

For Beuys, the bee’s metamorphosis of honey into honeycomb was the “primary sculptural process,” and as such the model for all artmaking, personal and social. In this belief he followed the anthroposophist Rudolf Steiner, who saw the life process exemplified in the bee’s transformation of honey—”chaotic, flowing” material, the embodiment of “spiritual warmth” and as such an inexhaustible source of energy—into “crystalline sculptures . . . regular geometric forms.” The honeycomb was for Beuys “the negative of a rock crystal.”

#Equilibrium is a process, and as such, is in constant motion. Trying to fix it won’t work; #alignment and harmony demand constant tending to it.
What one perceives moment by moment are snapshots of that process; at times, the images can reflect the intention but will never be identical to the process leading to another point of equilibrium.

Being in a position of power does not necessarily equate to being powerful.
In fact, there is no need to force or exert control over others. Sometimes, it is necessary to yield to higher forces in order to avoid tyranny and excessive control.
Control often stems from fear and can lead to violence. By observing the nature of a bamboo, one can understand the principles of natural law, such as the qualities of strength and flexibility that adapt to different situations.
The current governing figures may think to have power, but in reality, they only have (bad) influence because we allow them to.
It is important to reflect on our relationship with power.

#Dante was a Bitcoiner.
With Pluto in Aquarius and Jupiter meeting Aquarius' ruler, Uranus, in Taurus a few days after the eclipse in April, I have to say that anything can happen.
A succession or revolt at the border is possible. There could be no elected officials at the end of the year. Who knows?
However, beyond 2027 looks like a time when this country and the world will experience a renaissance, though not without a fight. It doesn't have to be physical; the struggle is at all levels, since the collective mind has been hijacked by severe propaganda.
I am not predicting anything. I am saying that when you observe previous time cycles, this year offers the opportunity to excel as individuals and show the courage that you possess.

Read Dante’s seminal work the Divine Comedy, full of exquisite allegories and recognize we are still at the first stage: inferno, as Hell unveils the state of a society when every individual prioritizes their own interests over the collective welfare.
The souls here are damned not just due to their self-centered intentions but also the impact of their actions on others. Dante's argument is that as members of a community, we are accountable not only for our deeds but also for their outcomes. The individuals he portrays were all influential figures, capable of swaying others either directly or indirectly, and in one way or another, they all fell short. The torment, the brutality, the lawlessness of Hell are the consequences of their failure to fulfill their responsibilities or their outright misuse of those responsibilities.

This is a hell of a book #bitcoinclarity I am rereading it. I briefly met the brilliant @kiarabickers last year during my first volunteering at a #bitcoin conference.
My commitment is 100 percent now, as a HODLer, educator, running both a node and a miner. Educating myself on #Austrianeconomics and all technical aspects to fully understand bitcoin’s infinite potential.
I cannot fathom being a millennial or a Gen Z and not knowing about the Bitcoin network. In the next years and decades, it is imperative to be an individuated being and be completely free from #centralized old corrupted ways. Even Gen Xers or baby boomers like me can still catch the wave and #educate themselves.
It is not just hype, but a matter of going beyond the #survival mode.
