@npub1thg…elgd It’s basically the opposite of whatever “woke” is suppose to mean, at least within the context of the meme.
I’ve used most LLM services available and Grok is probably the most accurate when it comes to objective reality and facts. It’s funny and irreverent too, which is a breathe of fresh air compared to the sterile milquetoast answers you get from OpenAI, Midjourney, etc…
Theil is creepy and definitely sleeps with underage boys, Bezos is a massive self serving douche who just copies whatever Elon and other innovators are doing. Say what you want about his antics, but at least Elon is really, truly innovating.
I sure as heck don’t see the people who criticize and hate him so much building reusable rockets, driving mass adoption for sustainable energy, trying to get humanity to Mars, etc…
All I see is a lot of misdirected hate that could be harnessed towards the real enemies of humanity - like all the sociopaths at WEF, or the FED, or corrupt elements within the Intelligence Community, or the Military Industrial Complex, or the Uniparty in government all across the west (but especially in the US & UK) that keeps these scoundrels in power. 🤷

The reality is - crypto will ultimately track and enslave more people than it liberates. Give it another 10+ years, you won’t recognize it.
It will be full of people (who previously espoused the virtues of freedom, sticking it to the banks & intermediaries) actively promoting CBDCs, debanking, social credit and biometric state IDs. It will be sold as something hip and innovative, but when you strip it all away, those will be the underlying properties.
Look at what “the social web” did to the trajectory of the “open web”. All Web 2.0 gave us is walled gardens, censorship and surveillance capital.
At this point, I just hope web 4.0 is everyone shutting the fuck up.

@npub1ydj…jkdn @npub108p…yev6 I believe you can still pay for API on X. Minds is moving towards deeper Fediverse interoperability and Meta recently announced plans to do the same.
I guess I’m not as much of a purist as some. I see those other legacy platforms as a place to tease shorter / cleaner versions of long form content and ideas I ultimately house here, on my own instance and / or on my blog. If I get shut down on those platforms, I still have my main hub that I own and control.
Even though this is my hub, its not the only place I publish & share ideas exclusively, and certainly not where all of my audience and followers are.

I have friends on the left and the right ends of the political spectrum and can see value in both sides of the argument.
What I don’t have patience for is:
Lying / gaslighting around well documented facts
Attempting to censor others free speech just because you don’t agree with them
Labeling anything you don’t agree with as some imagined “ism” or “phobic” extension in an attempt to “other” said individual (Alinsky 101)
Being a hateful / scared little bitch who would happily use institutional power and weaponize it against political enemies
If you fall into any of these categories - we will never see eye to eye. You are the enemy of liberal democracy and more specifically - the constitutional republic that has facilitated the greatest improvement in quality of life in 10,000+ years of human history.
