You can create a private common law non -statutory express trust where it only recognizes gold, silver, and bitcoin as money.
Then move your cold storage private keys into it, and also your start9 and any other electronic devices you want protected.
Then empower the trustee with the obligation to negotiate federal reserve notes into as much bitcoin as possible.
It makes it almost impossibly for anyone to legally gain access to your corn and associated software and hardware systems.

The “United States” is trying to overthrow the “United States of America”.
28 U.S. Code § 1746 is clear.
The United States of America is a constitutional republic.
The United States is a federal corporation per 28 U.S. Code § 3002
The United States citizen is a business per 15 U.S. Code § 4724
Foley Bros., inc v Filardo, 336 US 281 (1959) clarified that Congress only has territorial jurisdiction in the United States.
UCC 9-307(h) establishes that the United States is located in the District of Columbia.
42 U.S. Code § 1982 says property rights of US citizens should have the same rights enjoyed by white citizens.
You can see clearly here, the United States citizens, are not people at all, but rather corporate franchises of the United States corporation in the District of Columbia under the jurisdiction of Congress

Article 1 Section 10 of the USA constitution protects people’s right to privately contract.
I’m contracted by my trust to avoid federal reserve notes inside of the trust. It can only use real money - Bitcoin, gold, and silver.
This is incredibly powerful, when combined with the constitution.
Banks have lost their power and utility via dollar debasement. And fraud. Banks are largely fraudulent when lending.
They don’t lend money they have, they exchange your promissory note for newly created federal reserve notes.
And this inflates the supply of dollars for everyone, harming purchasing power.

My daughter, a senior in high school, is in an Econ class. They are investing in stocks in a mock exercise she asked for my help in planning her strategy.
For Econ. Best of all, it’s true and will make lots of real money, bitcoin or gold. The slaughterhouse cases clarified that citizens of the states were separate and different from United States citizens.

United States citizens had privileges and immunities which were very limited
Why is this important?
The District of Columbia is tasked with coining money.
Money is only gold and silver coin, according to the Constitution of the people.
The severing of the dollar from money/gold and silver coin has produced an impoverishment of the entire world based on the control over the supply of money and who controls the resources and means of production.

My take: United States, the Empire - is a corporation per 28 USC 3002. This is basically Congress’ company, but the CEO is the president. It does NOT include the states of the union, just the District of Columbia. Foreign affairs.
United States, the Country - is the United States of America, which includes the states of the union.
You can see CLEAR differences in politicians saying “United States” vs. “United States of America”.
In fact, you’ll notice large corporations with the same deference.
The “United States” corporation/empire, is exactly what people think of as the deep state. It’s a company masquerading as a country, and in doing so, has commercialized citizens into basically livestock.
People think this is coming from a crazy loon, but that’s what the constitution, United States Code, and Supreme Court say.
Anyway, the empire is the deep state is the latest manifestation of the wealthy/powerful commercializing citizens and lording over them, which the constitution was constructed to prevent.

I’ve experienced this over the last few months. I committed to a 5 day fast, then 1 meal per day, in order to get healthier and, of course, lose weight.
Each day is easy, but looking at 1/3 to 1/2 pound per day weight loss is difficult to appreciate on any single day.
Eating one meal per day is easy.
Resisting the temptation to gorge at night is easy considering 100 days of progress, but not easy looking at one day.
Then, over time, you feel great, and seeing -25lbs on the scale is so rewarding it makes consistency easy again.

The constitution is better than you know, make sure you understand what it means to call yourself a “US Citizen”.
If you’re born in one of the states of the union, then you have a citizenship much more powerful than US citizenship, and money is defined by gold and silver coin for citizens of the states. Not so for US Citizens, they get “negotiable instruments” ie the dollar…because they’re a corporate entity, not a freeman of the union.

57” - holy moly!! I think I need a bigger desk. I do want to see how it is working on the big monitors.
I am an inept gamer, so all that real estate will be used for managing a math education business and creating content, largely video.
I a 57” monitor pulls me into serious gaming, it may be a big upgrade from boring work.

I think nostr may be a great way to connect with like minded people who are losing confidence in the existing system and uncertain about the future of education.
By giving our curriculum away for free, making it super easy to use, and pairing it with some teaching fundamentals about how young students learn, to make math learning effective and fun.
Too much stigma about math, it’s amazing and when students understand why and how the math works, they love learning more.

Celebrating here! I’ve had a client for eight years, absolute amazing people and what I think is the best math education in the world for primary school.
Just made a joint venture agreement to join the company and help it grow!
Now, the education market is similar to a cartel with just a few companies dominating the resource resources schools use.
My first action with this venture will be open, sourcing the curriculum! It’s a fairly substantial project with around 500 lessons, each needing review and aesthetic enhancements to ensure an awesome experience for anyone, not just teachers.

Boomers are wealthy, yeah - but the enemy is those who indebted them and inflated asset values…central banks.

Nothing is more “for the people” than Bitcoin.
Central banks have a lot of influence, they print the money. All big institutions interests are closely aligned.
Tariffs have complex arguments, and negotiation is obviously something that produces some raging.
Time preference. Take a deep breath, let’s see how things go.
Did you know money is limited to gold and silver coin, constitutionally?
Legal tender, now that’s a different story..Federal Reserve Notes are “negotiable instruments”, like ethereum.
Simple is best, but there are certainly use cases for complexity.

It’s not easy to understand why to love Bitcoin.

In that, they are the same.
And, the USA Constitution was constructed perfectly to open the doors to a new money outside of the control of humans.

Tell me 1 thing from the USA Constitution, and I’ll zap you.
I’ll start, the constitution limits the powers of congress in Article 1 Section 8.
Their jurisdiction is limited to the seat of government, which is now the District of Columbia, but at the time was not certain, so they put:
“To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States”

Fascinating history behind the American revolution.
Checkout the currency act of 1764, where England killed the currencies used in the colonies.
The culmination of policies from England led to high unemployment, economic distress, and obviously led to an historic revolution.
Even more interesting though, is in the USA Constitution, it explicitly required debts be paid in money via gold and silver coin, and EXPLICITLY forbid the use of debt monies (negotiable instruments).
How did the United States end up ditching the constitution?
By creating their own deep state, a public corporation, registered in the District of Columbia, and via use of the 14th amendment, turned the inalienable rights of Americans into privileges and immunities protecting corporations.
People don’t understand and it’s the most significant tyrannical move on the people of America and the world since America was born.
Land of the brave and home of the free? If you read and understand your constitution, then yes.
If you are motivated by fear of reprisal, then you may give up your rights the founders pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor for.
Federal Reserve Notes are NOT MONEY.
Bitcoin is, though, and it’ll take a constitutional amendment to recognize it as such.
It’s coming, ETA 2030.
