Yes they do every function companies can throw at them, and this is why modern software was already getting bad before AI. :P
Here we compare the current way to ducks: you can have someone that walks, swims, flies, does every thing - but at the cost of being bad at all of them.

The bug in Ubuntu switching the default option on thrash dialog is a little annoyance, but jumping to the wrong page in PDF links is a real problem that should have been caught in tests.
It's the reason why developers cannot be testers IMO, it's too easy to skip important tests when you are focused on a new feature.

The RSS feed for articles is something I'm debating myself over implementing on my own website, but if I do it will be heavily inspired on your implementation.
On one hand already having it before the first articles are published would make it one less thing to worry in the future, on the other it's more work (and delay) before publishing the articles.

I tried to send a DM on Matrix on the main account, on Linux.Pizza, but it did not work.
Maybe there is a problem with the homeserver I'm using (Nope.chat), but it worked well for the Unredacted account.

Speaking of Android being locked down by Google, two weeks ago I saw a post on your forum about a Free Android SDK project that could be a drop-in replacement for the standard SDK (that creates a legally binding contract with Google on current ToS). Sadly, the last message is from October.
Is there any progress on this front, or Google already managed to lock down this part of Android?

Well, in I'm using the main Mastodon instance (to have the biggest possible reach when my game reach a good enough state for early-access and/or release), but being able to follow people across different servers is very nice.
