I don't take any supplements when I'm going to drink. I know this is a meme, but I gave this serious thought before and decided that giving my liver just one substance to break down is better than mixing in other stuff. I can probably be more granular about what can be mixed and what not, but as a rule of thumb, I skip them all when I have a drink.

It is enough for regulators to make freedom tech just slightly less convenient, and there is no hope for massive adoption. You know the saying "Where there's a will there's a way." Nostr is the way, but there might not be the will. At least not until it is too late.

To give you context, the government capped the price to appease the populus, and we all know how that movie ends. We just saw it in Hungary a few years back, and the same thing happens every single time. The price cap only works until there is fuel.
Between knowing what is going on around here and not knowing if Hormuz is strait or gay this week, I would rather pay the high price now than have no fuel later.
So be like me and buy fuel while it is still expensive. If nothing else, it is a great conversation starter.

The science being cut out makes sense. That would be difficult to relay to the viewers in any meaningful way, and skipping it completely is better than doing a montage. But Rocky's lore... I don't know, I missed it. Also, I'm not sure if you felt the same way, but the movie just flew by. An extra 30 minutes would be fine with me. And the last thing I really liked was the absence of cringe CGI used just for the wow effect. Of course, there was a ton of CGI, but none of it felt over the top, and the acrylic sheets they used as props felt a little bit like an homage to old Science Fiction/Double Feature movies.

I'm running WoT Relay from @nprofile…tkue at wss://wot.shaving.kii and I'm very pleased with it. There is very minimal admin UX, but there is really not much to set. I know that you want to be whitelisting people, but tightly set WoT might be an easier equivalent to it.

He is not stupid, he was able to navigate the world and achieve status and wealth. He is unscrupulous, morally corrupt, evil, borderline insane, egomaniacal, and narcissistic, plus intelligent and capable. That is what makes him dangerous.
I often need to remind myself of this, because if I don't, it is very easy to disregard everything as stupid and therefore benign. But in fact, the reality is much worse.

It was a stunning audio-visual experience and I'm glad I went to see it. However, I'm also glad I read the book beforehand, because I think they pretty much gutted it. Rocky's story seems flat without his lore. For example, the movie completely skipped the explanation of why they didn't have the theory of relativity or how they discovered gravity. The feeding part was also turned on its head.

There was/is also a limit in nak. It will only get so many events per query. I remember running multiple queries limited by specific time range to really get everything out of it.
