From my personal experience with We Are Satoshi - my episodes get a few hundred views each, 544 subscribers on YT- I can tell you the show has had tremendous impact on me and many people who have listened/watched.
Every month more and more people reach out asking questions about bitcoin, looking for resources or just sharing feedback from one of my episodes.
I have connected with people all over the world through my podcast and I’m only 49 episodes in. I can’t say it’s been a very profitable venture but the non-monetary returns have been enormous.
There are 8 billion more people in the world who need to learn about bitcoin over the next few decades. These people need more bitcoin podcasts.

There are many sayings in Bitcoin that resonate through the culture because they hold wisdom:
Not your keys, not your coins
Stack sats stay humble
Don’t trust, verify.
Recently in the fog of Israel’s war, don’t trust, verify seems to be the most pertinent.
Without a don’t trust, verify mentality you’re almost guaranteed to be led to the slaughterhouse with the rest of the sheep.
Don’t trust, verify is less convenient. It’s harder. It requires critical thinking.
But at this point it’s clearly a crucial principle to have… 5th generation warfare. Information war.
The battle is being fought for what you think and feel. Don’t give up any territory!

Get the macro dialed in then move to the micro.
Personally, getting outside and sunlight is part of macro, but nutrition and fitness are no doubt massively important.

Just reflecting on editing a lot recently…
There’s such a big difference between making a short form piece of content with a 24 hour lifespan or a podcast that maybe gets viewed for the next week and a film that I will show my grandkids one day.
Everything moves slower. Every decision is made with care. It’s a completely different mindset to try and make something that can stand the test of time.

Listening to the Tucker Carlson podcast on my way home and saw the price of gas is up to $4.65 for regular.
The war is now hitting the pocketbook of everyday Americans.
I walked in and talked to the owner of the gas station. He confirmed my hunch and said prices will be going up again tomorrow …

If you pay attention, life constantly gives you opportunities to make connections and grow.
If you’re too busy or your attention is hijacked, those opportunities pass by.
I’m sure we all pass by opportunities to be better versions of ourselves…
So to combat this, most days I go outside to walk or ride my bike… put the phone on airplane mode, take a break from my #40hpw and plug into where the real energy is… nature!
Bitcoin is only freedom money if you use it as such.

Working on a full length documentary film has been a lesson in low time preference and delayed gratification.

Wearing headphones in public is telling everyone around you not to engage with you.
Wearing sunglasses does something similar by preventing direct eye contact. This decreases trust and limits connection.
If your goal is to isolate yourself, fine… but if you are struggling in any way with mental or physical health or feel lonely, then these are two simple habits that you can change to improve your life.
