the past few months i have been adjusting it according to my cycle tracker. i.e. i take the regular dose most of the time, and adjust it upwards for a week ish after "ovulation", back down when i start to feel bad.
the result has been, subjectively, very good overall.

I feel like the "should i cycle progesterone dosage or not" misses something.
for a while i tried cycling it on a calendar basis: low dose most of the time, 22-ish to end of month higher dose.
the result was dysphoric and bitchy.

[tech suggestion request, boosts welcome] i am looking for an ereader capable of handling a4-size pdfs. i am ok with optical reduction to a5 if the pixels are sufficient.
i deal with very complex technical documents, up to maybe ten thousand pages in one pdf. frequently during a project i will need to flip between three or four locations, and refer to a few dozen consecutive pages around each.
i need to mark them up by hand. currently my workflow involves a lot of printing.
