Trauma dump: There is one time in my life when I became an unpleasant customer, and that was when I was at Kinko's, and I wanted them to print a file off of a thumb drive, but they had a system set up where you were supposed to rent a computer by the minute to accomplish your printing.
But, the printing process was not friendly, because the computers were probably ancient eMachines bought used from other offices, and were so impossibly slow that it took 10 minutes for them to even open Photoshop, and the 15 minutes of rental time that I paid for was over before I even got to printing. And I thought perhaps this was some sort of scheme, because I was paying for both time and printing.
And I went to the counter, and I told the person there to print it for me, citing my concerns, and they told me to use the computer, and I heroically said no! And so they printed it for me, but they we're angry about it.
I have never had to be displeasant to service staff since. Also kinkos, I hope you rot in hell for inconveniencing me.

You'd think there's some equivalent difficulty for chinese people learning English, too. But at least our narrative conventions in storytelling generally wills the writer to imply accomplishment of finality sometimes.
Anything that doesn't fit our logical standard is usually labeled as, "avant garde". Which is French for "you're probably going to hate this if you're just trying to relax after work."

Esoteric art lesson: Dragging ass all day just going through the motions doing dressup dolly shit cuz I watched A Few Dollars More, but then I felt my mental resolution suddenly increase.
The pros tell you to "break things down" in your head, but if you can't somehow intuit the nature of creation, you're just beating your head into the wall and fucking around with a useless intellectual concept.
While breaking things down is necessary, you start out veeery low resolution. And good luck learning WHERE and HOW your brain arbitrarily demands you to subdivide forms if you're a talentless ADHD retard like I am.
This is the reason so many people don't learn to draw. It requires cosmic levels of self-delusion and bullshit to trellis your neurons into developing a substantial mental framework WHICH BY THE WAY, has no logical progression or conceivable limits.
And if you're unlucky, your brain will actively supply you with the sting of existential dread about wasting your time for even attempting to experiment!
Anyhow, with my sudden epiphany, I attempted to draw progressively uglier broads with clearly unfortunate proportions, to see if I could shoehorn them into being plausibly feminine. That I think might be my ultimate test of anatomical competency.

Manga idea:
Semjep Laokinpeng is a young man from [random country in Oceania region], but one day he's whisked away to a magical world where his average kickboxing skills are now imbued with supernatural power, and he becomes a great warrior who saves the kingdom. He falls in love with a beautiful elf girl, and the king wizard offers to send them both home to his world as reward for their deeds.
She is at first overjoyed to follow him, until he returns to his cramped filthy hovel of a home with his thirty two siblings and several layers of decaying grandparents lining the floor. They are so happy to see him back with a beautiful wife, that they all gather around the table for their special celebratory cultural dessert, which is that thing I heard about where they pin a live monkey in the middle of a table so only its head is visible, and then they all start bashing at it with tiny hammers to crack it's skull open, and all start picking out its squirming brains with their fingers while it screams.

So I do Princess Highground comics very irregularly as commentary/spur of the moment gag kinda stuff, and I'll post more of the recent ones here.
PHG isn't my priority cuz I have an actual plotted webcomic that I'm racing to get some tangible updates on, it's not a princess comic, but is a properly written story that I think people will dig.
There IS an old compendium of Princess comics on my gumroad https://jerkdouglas.gumroad.com/ but some of the early ones date back ten years to when I drew much worse than I do presently.
There's good stuff in it, though. If you wonder why people treat me with any reverence it's because I said nigger in it and they loved that. And I loved that. And we all bonded because of nigger.
It was however not a particularly disciplined experience when I tried to string it out into a coherent plot, and it ended early. Still, people say they liked it!
I'd have just let you shovel through my twitter archives if I hadn't been banished, I am working on a nice comprehensive gallery/comic website for collecting everything I've made but that's at the whim of my bro who seems to get exponentially busier the closer he gets to finishing.

Well I already like it here.
You honestly can't use Bluesky for even the most casual of communications, I just needed a backup art dump site at normie access levels. But it's a total psyche ward.
Normally you balance politics posting with porn and cats. Those are the eternal midpoints for casual tolerance that civilized societies agree upon. Twitter has that balance. But because there's no dissent on Bluesky, this balance isn't struck because everyone's constantly circle jerking, completely uninterrupted.
There's plenty of porn, but somehow a fractional amount of catposting outside the dedicated cat accounts. I should be seeing cats retweeted from every artist I follow, but they don't post cats. They post about Trump.
