Love this.
Figured i would share a bit since i know how shitty chronic pain can be. In case it helps someone:
Eating carnivore fixed every pain in my body. My body was fucked from rucking and para and all sorts of stupid work things.
I did physio for years and was strong. I had healthy movement patterns and did consults with personal trainers often.
Nothing stopped the pain. I couldn't play with my kids. At one point I couldn't wash the dishes.
I ate carnivore for a week and it was gone. If I eat bad food now the pain comes back. If I have a beer, my neck will start to hurt within minutes.
Inflammation causes pain, and it comes from our food, in my opinion. It cannot survive with a healthy diet of meat.
My MRI would say I should have all sorts of arthritis and bone spurs and bulging discs but its all nonsense because I have no pain whatsoever.

Personally I think its both. I had HUGE improvements to my health after going carnivore, but also have a hard time maintaining ketosis without sun/ with screens.
Thinking in terms of it multifactorially (one issue can be caused by a few things happening in concert) has been super helpful for me. changing one lever at a time sometimes doesn't work.

I totally agree and relate. I am a total hypocrite in this because I literally wrote that with a knife on my pyjama waistband and I struggle with hypervigilance all the time.

The average lifespan of primitive humans is claimed to be short (around 30 years) because of their great teeth and bone health.
"Experts" claim they are young because they would have all sorts of tooth decay and arthritis like modern humans do.

The idea is that lawlessnes is when anything not demanded can be forbidden at a whim.
Where as a lawful state would hold that everything that is not forbidden is allowed.
Charles Murray has a great definition in his great book "By the People" where he says Law is indistinguishable from lawlessness when any of the following conditions are met:
-When the legal process is more costly than you can afford (lawfare comes to mind)
-When law is applied sufficiently arbitrarily and capriciously (think Pam bondis recent word on the Epstein files and then think about sending 600$ over venmo)
-When law is too complex (confusing and arbitray regulations destroy individual capital and businesses)
-laws that permit the state to take private property without compensation or to force the transfer of private property to other private individuals are indistinguishable from lawlessness. (This one is probably obvious)

It was written around the time that people were getting murdered in Paris by muslims for drawing cartoons. And it's a good book from what I remember.

Fun fact: If you start an LLC as a stunt performer/ actor you can basically claim ANYTHING on your taxes. Gas for your car and travel can easily be claimed. Renovations can be researching a role. Shooting ammo is "shooting training" Etc.
