"Better relationship with the IRGC"? Who the hell claimed that? Neither father nor son had a "better" or "worse" tie. Both were on exactly the same team, sharing the same hardcore ideology. This isn't about swapping out one leader for another who'll play nicer with the IRGC. It's about toppling the entire regime, which means taking down its commander-in-chief (the supreme leader) along with the whole oppression machine and its enforcers. As an Iranian, I will explain why war was our only way out.
The Islamic regime's founder, Ayatollah Khomeini, has long called for Israel's destruction. Since my childhood, we were forced to chant "Death to America" and "Death to Israel" daily in school. The regime has funded proxy groups to attack Israelis and Americans, even the civilians of these countries - among others.
We Iranians have exhausted every peaceful option to change this. We elected supposed "moderates" as president, hoping for reform and an end to threats against our own people and the world. Those hopes were shattered as their foreign interventions, proxy wars, and deaths continued. They didn't change even one bit.
We protested peacefully. Repeatedly. And each time, met with bullets. Democrats' policy of negotiation and appeasement only gave it more wiggle room and provided the regime with a lifeline, costing more lives globally and in Iran.
The regime had countless chances to de-escalate and listen to its critics (I mean, us, Iranian people). Instead, it pursued decades of hostility, chanting for war while draining our resources. Now that the conflict has arrived, it blames protesters and the world for it.
We never wanted war. But after the regime massacred thousands of defenseless protestors, including children and the elderly, we had one last hope to resort to: asking for military intervention. It's not a war, it is a rescue operation. People and powers worldwide are uniting against this evil regime.

It’s been going on for ages. I even considered blacklisting the wallet names they tended to mention, though that would’ve caused false positives.

اگر استدلال‌تون اینه، پس گیر دادن به این که حذف حد آپ‌ریترن باعث متمرکز شدن می‌شه جایگاهش رو از دست می‌ده.
شما الآن گفتی سناریویی که من شرح دادم و توش لیمیت آپ‌ریترن توسط اکثر نودها حفظ شده بود تأثیر ناچیزی روی متمرکز شدن داره، در صورتی که چند خط بالاتر حذف آپ‌ریترن رو عامل متمرکز شدن می‌دونستی.

A Fistful of Dollars (1964) got me hooked. That kicked off a full-blown Western movie marathon: For a Few Dollars More (1965), The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966), and then Once Upon a Time in the West (1968).
All of them were fantastic — brilliant acting, masterful storytelling. Westerns reward patience. They take their time, drop subtle hints, and let the story unfold without infantilizing the viewer.
Very low-time preference!

Last night I watched A Fistful of Dollars (1964) for the first time.
I never used to be into westerns—maybe with one or two exceptions I saw as a kid, though I can’t remember their names. (One of them was a funny one where a guy drank onion juice and somehow became sharper and stronger—anyone remember that?)
But lately, westerns are growing on me. I really dig the accents, the way they speak, and their outfits.
That said, A Fistful of Dollars was an enjoyable watch. It had its flaws—some moments didn’t quite suspend disbelief—but overall, it was solid. Even rewatchable. I’d give it a 7 outta 10.
Looking forward to diving into the rest of the trilogy: For a Few Dollars More and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
