Yesterday my blind pet rabbit had to get her eyes removed due to ulcers + glaucoma.
It’s been really painful to see as she has been such a big part of my videos for the last 7 years.
But I am realizing the way we perceive this pain is very different.
Mine is rooted in nostalgia; letting go of the past and the image I have of her.
She is probably relieved to have two useless, painful eyes removed.
