Well, I'm a lifelong Democrat and I'm going there, but then again, I'm also a nobody, politically. Obviously, this would be awkward for politicians to say aloud.
Consider how Obama was attacked for his accurate comment about PA and "guns and Bibles", or how Clinton took heat for "basket of deplorables". Democrats simply aren't allowed to point at the white supremacist elephant in the middle of the electorate.
So I don't expect them to publicly acknowledge what I'm saying.

The reality is that electing the first Black president is what fueled this fascist takeover. Then we kept running women, despite the misogyny of the public.
The way to win is to focus on substantive representation of minorities while avoiding descriptive representation. In other words, run a bunch of straight white men who will enact liberal policies that push back against fascism and protect us all.

I think she's personally frustrated with academic physics as she experienced it, and she's over-generalizing. Yes, string theory turned out to be less than what it was billed as, but that doesn't mean we're not making progress in physics.

A military follows rules of engagement and does not use violence indiscriminately. Any violence is towards military goals, with civilian casualties only as collateral damage. It does not target noncombatants.
In contrast, the Oct 7th massacre did not target combatants and served no military goals, unless you count enraging Israel to trigger a war.
