it depends what the goal is. some can have specific benefits. BPC-157 for example helped my injured shoulder fully recover without surgery. All the GLP's for weight loss definitely work impressively well. but there can be serious side effects like serious long term digestion issues. For a 400lbs person thats an easy answer whether to try it, for a 150lb woman? I dunno? its a personal choice.
a Low carb/high protein diet is the healthiest option, but the diet discipline is the hard part.

ok I see your point, what about this, once the conversion is made, its only a one way road. at that point Bitcoin cannot be sold back for dollars, it can only be spent within a Bitcoin economy, a parallel community. maybe the only other option will be stablecoin?
nobody likes losing purchasing power, so then we have to decide what form of money will survive the looming crisis? Bitcoin looks robust and sturdy by design in that regard. What are your thoughts?

I actually had this really bizarre dream vision while sleeping where Saylor was in this huge Egyptian style room with massive stone ceilings and pyramids. everyone was wearing orange robes and he sacrificed himself and donated his coins to all of humanity. This was far into the future and civilization was far beyond its current level of technological advancement.
But that was just a deep sleep dream. not reality.

To date this was my most labor intensive project. from the carving the blocks, embossing the gold discs, to the handmade frame, laying the purple satin backround, hand brushing the glue, and making the accurate cypher code all with dylexia.
The whole time I tried to imagine the painstaking perfection and detail the timechain took to create. and at the end I fell short, nothing will ever be as perfect as the Bitcoin code as it was written. Satoshi created a miracle of perfection and thats it, like when the universe was created from atoms in space. A thing of awe, not to be replicated. Only admired.
full of imperfections, this cypher artwork is in tact. and it came with a lesson to the artist. 🙏🧡

you're right. but the thing is true self custody is really difficult technically. All the software engineers say its so easy, and sure to them it is. But setting up a home server with a node, then figuring out a desktop wallet, then figuring out something safe like cold, is anything but easy. I would say 98% of average people will never get this far. So then they have other easier options like Bitkey where the data is connected to the icloud, or on an exchange, or a blind signing tangem

this is so great to read and see how far you've come. Im trying to do the same thing as well. People pleasing is such a big thing to overcome. I recently told some guys that I really dont care about basketball at all and that I dont just dislike golf I actually hate it. It caused a rift but I feel alot better now that Ive made my trajectory clear.
