I'm installing GrapheneOS on a Pixel9a via the web installer, but it's not making much/any progress during the 'Flash factory images' process. It's somewhat stuck during the 'writing tegu-install'..
I briefly saw it state 'reboot' and 'restarting device' but the progress bar has remained white for a while.
I'm using Brave and disabled the shields..
Does anyone know how long this is supposed to take and if there is anything else I should try to accelerate it?

I'm with you! Between the lockdown mode, the VPN and the adblocker, half the internet doesn't work.. I'm seriously considering getting a dumb phone next. The only thing I'd definitely miss for a while is the camera and Google Maps

Ideally, you'd want to use BTC as the collateral to secure the downpayment, and the real estate to collateralize the reminder of the mortgage. This way, you wouldn't part way with any of your BTC and unlock the value appreciation of both assets.
Today, this is difficult or expensive but I imagine this becomes realistic as soon as MSTR or XXI get a credit ranking.

Purchase (and finance) the property through an LLC.
Investors receive shares of the LLC.
Rent out the property and pay dividends to shareholders.
Personal use against an allowance.
I assume this is also how a time-share would have been set up.

These interest rates are insane, barely better than a credit card loan!
Considering the liquidity of the underlying asset, and the level of collateral that's expected, I don't see how you'd justify these rates?! Btw, in some markets, you can already access Lombard loans with iShare or MSTR at much lower rates.

Both would be possible, but i think it would be really cool to play this off-line, maybe using the capabilities of your smartphone. I'd gladly sacrifice resolution, battery, and slightly longer rendering if it means i can play it on an airplane. How about this:
1) let owner suggest fee rate
2) let all users tag sections
3) decide if you want to 'auto skip' or 'play full'
If 'auto skip':
3.1) chose users you want to trust (or blacklist users you don't)
3.2) decide of you want to use suggested fee rate or other custom rate
3.3) pay owner
4) credit helpful users in web of trust
