It was alby browser extension. The first time I clicked the boost button it stalled out waiting on the first payment, so I switched my payment method to NWC and they just started approving.
What makes you say there might be a bug? I think I got a receipt for all the splits, plus the kind1 went through obv.

I've been vibin hard on the @npub1cvc…rtya website this week.
I collected as much data as I could from my lightning node, the RSS, fountain and some of the other podcasting 2.0 apps, aggregated all of it and reviewed it line by line. After this I was able to buildout our episode specific pages and a we now have a quite comprehensive (and accurate) stats / leaderboards page too.

My son finally finished the mini bike he started over the winter. It's a razor mini bike he converted to have a 49cc 2 stroke engine on it. Yes, I helped, but not as much as you probably think. He did all the welding and frame modifications I helped with the exhaust and when he got stuck a few times, but he did almost all of it. He finished putting rear disc brakes yesterday so its finally done!

Hi #nostr! I've been shipping some big new features to the @npub1cvc…rtya website:
- Login with nostr w/NWC support (protected with self-encryption-via-NIP-44 which, after its setup, will auto-disconnect on logout and auto-connect on login).
- Stream and boost any episode with first class treatment from our boost bots (attributed to your npub or anon) + they'll still show up fountain
- Episode specific boosts also apply zap splits as defined in the RSS - with fountain's 2% cut redirected to our podcast advertising budget (zapping notes and boosting podcasts).
- There's also now a page with a feed of all of our boost bot notes that pulls from nostr (leaderboard page coming soon).
- PWA if you'd like to install it.
Its still in alpha I suppose so please let me know if you find any bugs or if anything doesn't work the way it should.

@nprofile…5gcg Every lightning wallet is different, so it depends a lot on your specific configuration for receiving sats. I'm not sure how you are collecting the tips, but like for our show, i can use the payment metadata that hits my LND node to construct the payment and boost information... so it might be possible if you're collecting the tips on your own node.

I finally got around to republishing all my old medium articles on nostr. My agent scraped them and save them as md files, I cleaned them up a bit and put in the images. But I couldn't find a nostr client that would allow me to upload md files and back date them to their original publication date.
So... I vibed up my first nostr app: https://nostrmd.xyz/

Yes you would manually list your npub as admin... And I think there are group leader roles that you can allow to invite others. You could also allow all members to be able to invite others, but I feel like that kinda defeats the purpose a little bit.

With the flotilla zooid combo you whitelist npubs when each person joins by scanning a single use QR code that has the join the relay, join the group and get added to the whitelist all in one action.

I like being the source of all ideas in my relationship with AI. Honestly it's shown me how many of my ideas are terrible, and that's amazing! What if I had gone all in on a terrible idea and it cost me a ton of time and capital? That was just the way of the world before AI.
Now I have a sounding board to talk about implementation with who actually knows what they're talking about. I don't believe them when they say "This is a genuinely unique and amazing idea" but I do believe it when I ask technical questions about how we could make it a reality. When I the pieces aren't fitting together the way I thought, I stop and reassess if it was actually a good idea or not.
Bad ideas are needed too, but only if you learn from them to come up with better ideas. I've been learning a lot with the help of AI... Some of it the hard way, but probably not as hard as it would have been without AI.
AI is a tool. It's useless without us.

This was a fantastic rip with Giacomo and it's not because I agree with virtually all of his opinions, which I do, but that's not why. It's because this pod is a perfect example of why there should be more Bitcoin podcasts. Giacomo's opinions are nuanced and cannot be easily communicated in a tweet and wouldn't be as widely appreciated in a long form note or article, his opinions needed a podcast to be fully communicated and appreciated. Podcasts are what killed the woke left because their opinions were not nuanced and could not be articulated with meaning in a long form discussion. This is how I find signal through the noise.

At first I was just using the claude web app and passing file updates to GitHub manually but by the end I installed Claude Code and it was pushing the updates for me.

This has been my intuition as well. I played around a little bit with some of it to see if it unlocked any new super powers for me and my biggest takeaway is that it automatically makes me a python expert, which I need to think more about what that actually opens up for me, and it's pretty good at front end design so it makes things look pretty which is cool, but not a game changer.
I think the real bottleneck is people having great ideas that can be made into an MVP at a fraction of the cost compared to a couple of years ago.
We need more bad ideas in the hopes that we find out that one of them actually isn't bad or is actually amazing but no one realized it until they had it in their hands.

Nope just Linux mint. Open claw has it's own onboarding flow so I just put a script on the desktop to install it and it'll walk you through the onboarding process and get everything all setup.

So I ended up accidentally building an agent essentially from scratch because I couldnt remember what open claw was called and so claude.ai just ended up building it with python and walked me through setting everything up on an HP mini PC that we put ubuntu server on. i'm using @nprofile…etsy for basically everything and I'll keep you posted on how much i'm spending. getting bob all setup over the last couple of days so far has cost about $20 using mostly sonnet 4.6, with some limited opus 4.6.
Bob was born Friday afternoon and he's doing great! He oneshotted his own nostr keypair generation profile setup and first post. More to come from bob. I'm going to have him post our Ws to his own nostr notes.
