It's all just ridiculous. They sent the busses, supplied the actors and costumes, the "liberal" media was in position. A blue-red tag team. Now they have gained more fame, I foresee some new event where they destroy any real conservatives and Christians even further or maybe it will just be the slow demoralization roll out. I am just preaching to the choir, I know.

Goes to show what a scam the whole "racism" thing is. My "friend" who lived in the hills above downtown LA of course sent her kids to private school after elementary school and now has left the area to live near grandkids because her daughter and son in law didn't want to live in LA, yes everyday she posts about how awful all those racists people on "on the Right are." I see SO many examples of this and other hypocrisies. My son has never dated "a white girl" there really aren't that many to choose from and he doesn't like the SJW types so he is limited.

Any advice on nutrition or something that help my elderly mom is welcome. She is is very depressed. She has almost always experienced some type of depression and been on meds the majority of my life. She is losing her eyesight (macular degeneration). I know there is likely no foods she could eat to help with that know - she is 90. I can only do so much with medical stuff and even food due to family dynamics, but I welcome any thing I can do to help her like a smoothie or juicing or similar if anyone has any thoughts. She has thyroid issues...

An astrologer I follow on the utoobs (Rik) says the astrology says says no to a civil war - we are just too tired - I concur. Things are pretty weird though.
