I dreamt that two bearded man walked into a place and I called them Jesus.
“Hey Jesus!”
The one with the longer flowy beard answers “yes?”
And my response was “not you, the other one”
The other one, clearly annoyed and in a huff answer “yeah? What is it??”
They were both Jesus
PS - what’s the plural of Jesus? Jesi??

2026-02-28 20:40:28 UTC

You know what? I used to be that person who complained about everything. Critical about others’ joy. Nothing was good enough for me. Everything had to be perfect.
But I changed (at least I think I did). First step, was to let go of my binary thinking. Secondly, I realized everyone is doing their best with their unique set of problems. You can’t generalize. Lastly, realized every step counts; even the backwards ones. There’s a delicate balance between being and doing; yet you can’t ignore either of them.
Here’s my wish for the world - anyone can change, if they try. You just have to keep wanting to be a good, yet flawed human 💕

I had couple of friends who moved from California to Tennessee. One of them started transitioning afterwards. Sometimes I think about them; how they are in this current environment. But I’m too socially awkward to call them and ask. Cause I feel like if they’re having problems, and I call them without any solutions, I’m making things worse. At least that’s how I feel about it personally. Don’t call me to remind in my time of grief how awful my life is unless you have a solution. Maybe I’m doing life wrong and that’s why I’m a loner

Let me put it this way, if I was still living in Bangladesh, my parents would’ve manipulated my life; I’d still be the mousy girl I was as 8 years old, terrified of everything and everyone; I’d be probably had 2-3 kids by now, because our families would have pressured us; I’d never get the proper care I needed for my chronic conditions. And most importantly, every time I stepped out of the house, I’d have needed someone to be with me. Imagine being that invalidated just for being born with the lesser type genitals.
