Embark is still pretty new but I'm unsure if they'd qualify as indie, since they have a lot of devs who have previously worked on large titles.
If indie means they're just beginning as a studio, then I'd say they qualify as they only have 2 games.

GOS recommends against using Aurora as it does nothing to avoid Google and breaks their ToS
