If you haven’t made your own carnivore ice cream yet, you should try it.
It’s just 2 main ingredients:
- heavy cream
- eggs
optional:
- salt
- vanilla or cacao
In the video, I use 1000g (2 lb) of heavy cream and 10 egg yolks, and whip them all together. it can be whipped either by hand or with a mixer.

Eating meat is cool.
It helps a lot, but there are many tricks to it. Most of the time you won’t feel hungry, your body can sustain itself without food for quite a while, so hunger is overrated. In the modern world, eating becomes more of a discipline. You might not feel hungry in the morning or later, but it’s better to eat something then, because later in the day it will be harder to avoid eating junk food. And there’s really no benefit to eating that junk.
Right now my diet consists of about 95% meat, mostly red meat, with chicken or pork occasionally.
- Almost no dairy (sometimes a bit of cheese), “can tell you a story that dairy is very tricky and not good for all”
- some eggs,
- quite frequently butter or other fat
I think the formula for anyone who wants to start is:
don’t immediately quit your current eating lifestyle,
but try to reach the goal of eating 8–10 grams of meat per kilogram of body weight (0.13–0.16 oz per 1 pound) every day for as long as possible.
For example, I weigh about120 kg (≈265 lbs), so that means I need around 1,000–1,200 grams (≈2.2–2.6 lbs) of meat per day

But this is the sweetest and most beautiful form of depression one can have while living in modern society.
Right now I consistently eat about 1.5 to 2 kilograms of meat per day and drink milk. That makes up nearly 98 percent of my diet, and I genuinely love it. No matter how much I eat, I always feel light in my stomach and calm inside. I’m starting to realize that this is actually a normal amount of food, not excessive at all.
But this kind of eating has started to change something inside me. At some point, I felt a huge surge of energy, but there was nowhere for it to go. No outlet. Society only offers solutions to social problems, and for those, the physical body is almost irrelevant. It is easy to see this, because the world is full of weak, even helpless people, and yet they function just fine.
I’ve started to feel that all this technological progress has only taken us further away and made life emptier. We have forgotten our connection to nature and invented new rules for living that clearly do not work.
I feel like a wolf in sheep’s clothing, a wolf who has learned to live like a sheep among sheep, but still knows deep down that something is not right.

It’s been about 2.5 months on a low-carb, animal-based diet, basically a version of carnivore.
The results have been very positive. Many small issues with my skin and inflammation have gradually improved.
In the near future, I plan to reduce the amount of dairy and eggs, as fatty meat intuitively feels more nourishing for both my body and mind.
When I first started, eating this much food, especially meat, felt challenging. But as my diet and hunger adapted, I realized that meat, particularly with good fat, is the core of this way of eating.
The main challenges for me right now are still the cost and the cooking process, but I’m feeling more motivated to stick with it because of the benefits I’m experiencing.
I didn’t struggle with mental health issues before, but I now feel even more mentally strong. I’ve also noticed some improvements in my workouts, though it’s hard to say if that’s directly due to the diet since it’s only been about three months.
