I like to let it cool completely. The crust stays sturdy - maybe even too crusty. I usually bad it once it’s cut so the inside stays soft and the crust actually softens too. Once toasted it’s like it was just baked. :)

Ya’ll, a tiktok content creator started me on a path and I can’t slow down. He’s not one to respond and his STP looked 🥺! I’ve made two so far, one was aight and the other was trash. I have three recipe’s on deck. Plot twist: content creator’s sister is also a content creator and she just posted a STP tiktok and did share the recipe.
